The transform of agricultural product mode facing on a great challenge in China, the problem of straw is more and more seriously, which is gradually threatening economic development and social security. Therefore,an effective straw return mode is an urgent need to satisfy the agricultural product and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.Straw return is an available and fast way to solve this problem. But the current modes have some shortcomings, for example, the disadvantage of allelopathic on crop growth, carbon sequestration under fast decomposition of straw, and the breeding of pests and diseases after untreated straw return.Straw return is still a hotspot to research. Now,the activities of main soil enzyme, content of glomalin, soil respiratory rate, soil microbial metabolic functional diversity are studied based on the full amount collective ditch-buried straw return mode,to research the effect of straw ditch-buried on the functional diversity of soil microbial communities. Results showed that:1.Effects of full amount straw collective ditch-buried on soil functional enzymeThe results showed that straw ditch-buried return could increased the activities of acid phosphomonoseterase,arylsulfatase,?-glucosidase,lipase and fluorescein diacetate hydrolase, and the influence was greater in the 10-20cm soil layer. The activity of urease was decreasing in the 0-10cm and 20-30cm soil layer. At the same time,it was found that there was a significant linear relationship between the activities of lipase and fluorescein diacetate hydrolase.2.Effects of full amount straw collective ditch-buried on soil glomalin contentThe results showed that the treatment would increasing the content of soil glomalin, except surface soil of some new ditch. The glomalin content of some soil samples were significantly increased, the 10-20cm soil layer was impacted greatest, the 20-30cm soil layer was the second. In addition,it was found that there was a significant linear relationship between glomalin content and acid phosphatase activity.3.Effects of full amount straw collective ditch-buried on soil respiratory rate. The results showed that the treatment had a uncertain impact on soil respiratory rate in the 0-10cm soil layer. In the 10-20cm,the soil respiratory rate was increased, expect the ninth season in rice soil and eighth season in wheat soil.In the 20-30cm soil layer. At the same time, there also was a linear relationship between soil respiratory rate and the length of straw return time.4.Effects of full amount straw collective ditch-buried on functional diversities of soil microbial communitiesThe results showed that the treatment can enlarge the soil microbial diversity and richness;it can increase soil microbial utilization and width of carbon sources;straw return weather or not affect the difference of microbes utilization carbon source by the soil depth. It meat that the treatment was beneficial to improving the stability of soil ecosystem.
