In order to explore at different growing stages vine trees'absorption and utilization of nutrition,with an annual 'zaoxiahei' vine and planting in root control device with organic fertilizers.Nutrient solution with Hoagland formulation of N:180mg·L-1,N:120mg-L-1,N:60mg·L-1,N:30mg·L-1 and N:15mg·L-1 concentrations,this study focuses on vine tree growing with nutrition,effects of different concentration nutrient solution on vine growth of 'zaoxiahei' grape and mineral element accumulation of leaf.Experiments show as:With Hoagland formulation of N:180mg·L-1 'zaoxiahei' vine definite difference with other four treatments.Until late August,shoot increase to 226.7cm.And with N:180mg·L-1 treatment,the leaf area increase to 2.75m2,but with N:15mg·L-1 treatment the leaf just increase to 2.38m2.When the concentration go higher,as the same time the shoots are longer and stronger,it will contain more the chlorophyll as if the stem become bigger,the leaves become bigger too.Obviously,we can found out that the higher solution concentration is good for vegetative growth.In whole growing stages,the trace elements barely affectted by nutrient solution concentration,amount of Ca is the biggest absorbing,bigger than N?P?K.In this three stages,the content of mineral element of Fe?Cu show up decrease in turn,on the contrary,the content of mineral element of Zn?B show up increased gradually.But the content of mineral element of Mn show up different law from Fe?Cu and Zn?B.Except N:180mg·L-1 treatment,the content of mineral element of Mn show up decreased firstly and increased subsequently.
