The emergency reserve of the finished grain can quickly control the market,but also is the important strategic material to deal with the sudden disaster.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of the emergency use of the finished grain,and guarantee the quality and safety of grain in the process of import and export,it needs to establish a mathematical model of heat and moisture transfer and research on condensation prevention.The internal temperature and humidity as well as micro gas flow velocity of finished grain are the three most important key factors directly impacting on condensation.Therefore,take the method of numerical simulation to obtain real-time changes of the temperature field,humidity field,velocity field and dew position distribution of finished grain.Finish the prediction of the location and time of condensation at different atmosphere,formulate effective control measures in the tempering process of refined grain and make a temperature-humidity control strategy.Achieve the scientific management of environmental temperature and humidity of grain,ensure the quality and safety.Take rice as the research object.The refined grain is treated as the porous media.Use the local heat balance method,analyze the quality and heat transfer mechanism,and condensation mechanism,establish the method for solving the coupled mathematical model of multi physics field of the finished grain.Use COMSOL Multiphysics to establish the heat and moisture transfer model of grain.The distribution of various physical fields is obtained by the control equations related with heat,moisture content and fluid flow.The reliability of the model was verified by the experimental platform.The temperature and humidity data were collected by using temperature and humidity sensor.Use oven drying method to determine the moisture content of grain.The results show that the simulation results of the temperature,humidity and condensation distributions of the refined grain are in good agreement with the experimental results.On this basis,take numerical simulation experiment of the process of tempering,work out the temperature and time of the tempering to prevent condensation,provide the basis for decision making of condensation prevention.
