In order to avoid the asymmetry of information generated during the production,storage, processing and circulation of agricultural products, the meteorological department as a "third party" through the public certification process for the sale of agricultural products market, this help to reduce the cost of consumer purchase, build a new brand of agricultural products, speed up market circulation of agricultural products, improve agricultural output value, help local economic development.At present, the domestic pear fruit climatological quality certification exist some limits including the lack of species, the high threshold, the development is not perfect, so that most enterprises and farmers discouraged, the market urgently need low threshold, targeted, perfect certification system. Therefore, this paper analyzes the influence of different color coefficients on the appearance quality of pear, and establishes the evaluation system of the appearance quality of pear fruit. By analyzing the relationship between different meteorological factors and the inherent quality of pear fruit, the internal quality evaluation system of pear fruit is established.The results showed that:(1)The relationship between Korla pear fruit appearance quality and color coefficient. The fruit color selection factors selected by principal component analysis were a, Hue, Brightness, a / b (from yellow to near red), the Korla fragrant pear fruit color unified evaluation criteria were divided into four levels, namely excellent, good,well and ordinary, then the 2015 Korla pear fruit color grade certification results:excellent 13.75%, good 57.5%, well 18.75%, ordinary 10%. After verification, the average grade of consistency is 94.75%, meet the requirements of the color grading of fruit.(2)The relationship between meteorological factors and internal quality of Korla pear fruit. The main affecting factors of fruit weight is the diurnal temperature range in May and the relative humidity in May. The main affecting factors of the fruit shape index are the daily mean temperature in May and the relative humidity in September. The main affecting factors of fruit firmness were the monthly mean temperature of 6 and 7 months and the diurnal temperature range in August. The main affecting factors of soluble solids are the diurnal temperature range and the relative humidity in July, the daily mean temperature and relative humidity in August,and the average daily minimum temperature in September.(3)The horticultural field pear climate quality evaluation results for the Halasu horticultural field is well, Shanghu horticultural field is well, Shayidong horticultural field is good. It has been proved that in 2015 Korla City suffered from hail, high temperature heat damage, windy weather and other meteorological disasters, which have a serious impact on the Korla pear climate quality certification results, that is to say, compared with previous years, the final certification results are on low level,which is in line with the actual situation.
