Breeding Methods For New Groups Of Pingliang Beef Cattle

Through the research of South Devon M1,Angus M1 and Pingliang Red Bull M1 growth performance,fattening performance and meat performance determination,explores effective methods and ways,the new taxa of Pingliang breeding Red Bull,and obtains the detained data of the three combinations of production performance,having a more thorough understanding,which lays a good foundation for further utilization and improvement of Pingliang Red Bull.Growth performance.South Devon M1,Angus M1 and Pingliang Red Bull M1 Red Bull birth weight were 39.62,32.98 and 21.90 kg,while the cow were 42.13,28.36 and 19.98 kg respectively,the bulls,at the age of 12 months,were 269.41,body weigh t at the age of 264.91 and 241.81 kg respectively,and as for cows,221.85,251.59 and 161.9kg respectively.In this period,the size and weight of M1 is higher than that of Sout h Devon and red Angus M1,Angus M1 is higher than that of Pingliang Red Bull M1,which shows that the South Devon M1 and red Angus M1's early growth performanc e is better than that of Pingliang Red Bull M1.This study also shows that the early de velopment of South Devon M1 and red Angus M1 are in a dominant position,while R ed Bull M1 has a advantage in the later period.In the the changes of body size,chest circumference,circumference,hip width,waist width,hucklebone wide close to the m eat performnce are South Devon M1 which is the highest,red Angus M1 and Pingliang Red Bull M1 changes consistent with weight.Fattening performance.Pingliang Red Bull,M1 M1 and Angus M1 of South Devon red the slaughter weight were 631.59,666.32 and 510.22 kg respectively,which represents the best of the current level of regional beef cattle.The trial period ADG of South Devon M1 reached 1.8296 kg,Pingliang Red Bull M1 1.7244 kg,Red Angus M1 reached 1.5434 kg,the weight gain good effect.Meat performance.Pingliang Red Bull M1 and Angus M1 of South Devon Redslaughter rates were 59.52%,58.96% and 53.64%,net meat rate were 52.92%,52.18% and 44.99%,carcass weight were 375.95,392.83 and 273.66 kg respectively.South Devon and Pingliang M1 Red Bull carcass weight was significantly higher than the level of domestic similar research results.Through this test,not only master the system of Pingliang Red Bull M1,Angus M1 and South Devon Red cattle growth performance,fattening performance and meat performance,but lay a good foundation for the production of beef cattle breeding,the cultivation of beef breed and the organizing production.The comprehensive test results and the design goals,are to form and confirm the formation of the new group of Pingliang Red Bull concept,namely the concept of the new group of Pingliang Red Bull new group of Pingliang Red Bull of delicious meat,rich and marbling distribution,and which also have the characteristics of fast growth high production of South Devon M1,Red Angus M1 crossbred beef cattle populations.
