This article has carried on the comprehensive investigation and study through the water quality situation,phytoplankton,zooplankton,zoobenthos and economic fish community structure of Daquangou reservoir in Shihezi City,Xinjiang were studied.On the basis of this,the relationship between reservoir environmental factors and other biological factors was analyzed,and the nutritional status and environmental status of reservoirs were comprehensively evaluated,which provided the theoretical basis for the rational utilization of reservoir fishery resources and the ecological management of fishery environment.The main results were:1.During the sampling period,the mean water depth is 4.13 m;the average water temperature is 16.46 ?;the water transparency is 41.83cm;the average pH is 8.083;the average dissolved oxygen content is 10.88 mg / L;the range of water color levels varies from 15 to 17;the average content of permanganate was 2.854 mg / L;the average total nitrogen content was 1.703 mg / L;the average total phosphorus content was 0.0637 mg / L;the average ammonia nitrogen content was 0.273 mg / L;the average nitrite content was 0.114 mg / L;the average nitric acid content was 0.932 mg / L.2.There were 118 species of phytoplankton,the average of density was 2.13 × 106 ind / L,and the average wet weight of biomass was 7.88 mg / L.Total phosphorus may be the main limiting factor for the growth rate of phytoplankton in reservoirs.Water temperature,total phosphorus,transparency and dissolved oxygen are the main influencing factors of phytoplankton community structure change in Daquangou reservoir.It is estimated that the fish yield of phytoplankton in Daquangou reservoir is 204.75 kg / hm2.3.There were 39 species of zooplankton,the average biomass during zooplankton sampling was 2.16 mg / L,the average density of zooplankton was 2.71 × 103 ind / L.The zooplankton density of Daquangou Reservoir was positively correlated with total phosphorus(TP),total nitrogen(TN)and nitrate(NO3--N),and negatively correlated with Dissolved oxygen(DO)and transparency(SD).The biomass of zooplankton was negatively correlated with water depth(WD)and permanganate index(CODMn),and positively correlated with pH and NH4 +-N.It is estimated that the fish yield of the zooplankton can be 133.95 kg / hm2.4.There are total of four species of botachia were collected in this experiment,the average annual density of benthic fauna is 24.66 / m2 and the average biomass of benthic fauna is 0.06 g / m2.The fish yield provided by the Daquangou reservoir benthic animals is 0.105 kg / hm2.5.At present,there are 6 kinds of economic fish in the reservoir,among which the main economic fish are silver carp and silver carp.Through the biological characteristics,age determination,fullness of the fish and sampling of anatomical experiments to observe the fish sample gastrointestinal fullness.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the age composition,the structure of the catch,the way of fishing,the physical and chemical environment of water quality and the food organism and put forward the optimization.suggestions on the stocking structure of ecological fishery in Daquangou reservoir.6.Combination with the various indexes of water quality,phytoplankton diversity index and index species,the water quality was determined by eutrophication and the tendency to worsen.There was no significant correlation between the biomass of zooplankton and the biomass of phytoplankton in the same period,which indicated that the phytoplankton could not control the phytoplankton reasonably.It should consider a reasonable adjustment of the amount of fish put,strengthen the feeding of phytoplankton,adjust the preferences of eating zooplankton fish stocking structure and make full use of the reservoir rich food resources,accelerate the conversion and export of nutrients in water bodies in reservoir areas.In this way not only to improve the water quality of the reservoir,but also to achieve the double effect of increasing production and income.And put forward the ecological countermeasures of fishery environmental protection,and provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the sustainable development of reservoir fishery.
