The effects of the homo-with or without heterofermentative lactic acid bacteria on the nutritional quality,fermentation characteristics and microbial content of the whole plant cron silage and the effect of cron silage at the end of fermentation on rumen degradability of ruminants were studied,and to explore new ways for the application of silage lactic acid bacteria.The treatments used Xinsiyu 10 for silage materal with four compaction degress,1)blank control without any bacterial agent(K treatment);2)homogeneous lactic acid bacteria(T treatment): Lactobacillus plantarum and Pediococcus acidilactici were added in an amount of 1: 1,1,105 cfu/g;3)Heterogeneous lactic acid bacteria(Y treatment): Lactobacillus buchneri,the addition amount of 4 × 105 cfu/g;4)homozygous + heterogeneous lactic acid bacteria(T + Y treatment),combined with T and Y added strains and dosage.This study was analyzed the nutritional quality,fermentation characteristics,microbial content,as well as the impact on the aerobic stability of silages was done on the 2,4,6,8,10,15,25,35,45 and 60 day after ebsiling.Simultaneous detected the 2,4,6,8 and 10 day after opened silo.And 60 days after the silage for test of rumen degradability of ruminants,treatments the same as above.Indicators which rumen degradability were measured at 12,24,36,48 and 72 h.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The treatment of different lactic acid bacteria in the fermentation stage had significant effect on the nutritional quality,fermentation characteristics and microbial changes of the whole cron silage(P<0.05).Dry matter DM,starch Sta,crude protein CP and crude Ash Ash were higher than those in K treatment,water soluble carbohydrates WSC,neutral detergent fiber NDF,ADF,ADL,CF,HE and EE were lower than K treatment,and NDF,acid detergent fiber ADF,crude fiber CF and hemicellulose HE were significantly lower than those of the other treatments(P<0.05),while the treatment group with Lactobacillus and WSC was significantly lower than that of K treatment(P<0.05).p H,ammoniacal nitrogen NH3-N and NH3-N/total nitrogen TN,homogeneous and heterogeneous lactic acid bacteria co-treatment is higher,homogeneous and heterogeneous lactic acid bacteria in the lactic acid LA treatment is higher,Lactobacillus buchneri treatment acetic acid AA higher.Higher lactic acid bacteria treatment agents lactic acid bacteria LAB,or homogeneous of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus buchneri treatment lower aerobic bacteria AB,homogeneous and heterogeneity of lactic acid bacteria co-processing high mould.2.The aerobic stability time of the whole cron silage treated with Lactobacillus buchneri and homogeneous and heterogeneous lactic acid bacteria was significantly higher than that of the remaining treatment group(P<0.05).Whole plant corn silage treated with different agents lactobacillus open pit extension time,changes DM,starch,CP,NDF,ADF,CF,EE,Ash and LA has a significant influence,the above-described various treatment groups tended to decrease the overall index(P<0.01).p H,NH3-N and NH3-N / TN were higher than those of the other treatments(P<0.05),and there was no significant effect on the change of acetic acid(P>0.05).The interaction between the whole cron silage and the opening time was not significantly affected by the different lactic acid bacteria(P>0.05).3.Whole plant corn silage agents treatments different lactic acid bacteria rumen digestion phase with the extension of time to rumen degradability,DM degradation rate,ADF degradation rate and NDF degradation rate have improved to varying degrees.4.Comprehensive Evaluation: Each of the 25 indicators of the membership function analysis.The nutrient quality,fermentation characteristics and microbial content of the fermentation 60 days and the aerobic stability time after the opened were analyzed.Some nutritional indicators of ruminal degradation in ruminants at 48 h.The value of the membership function 25 Index sort of comprehensive value,the greater the higher the average value of the integrated value,the integrated value of the order of each treatments(Table 4-2): Y Processing(0.630)> T + Y Processing(0.549)> CK Processing(0.489)> T treatment(0.437).Y= corn silage treated with Lactobacillus buchneri at 4 × 105 cfu/g,T+Y= corn silage treated with combined with homo-and heterofermentative lactic acid bacteria(LAB).T= corn silage treated with combined Lactobacillus plantarum +Pediococcus acidilactici at 1:1,1 × 105 cfu/g,...
