Biogas as a kind of environmental renewable resource,it is important for the social development.The contribution of different methane-producing of anaerobic digestion will be useful for the research of biogas project repair of new methodology in future development,revision and is suitable for popularization and application in large scale to provide a methodological foundation.In addition,it can also effectively identify the inhibitory factors in the process of methanogenesis metabolism to optimize the specific metabolic pathway and improve the methanation efficiency of organic matter.In this paper,domesticated pig manure as raw material sediment and food waste were anaerobic fermentated(A groups)and long-term training of pond sludge and food waste were anaerobic fermentated(B groups).It is to study effect of different inoculums of anaerobic digestion to the formation of CH4 and methane-producing pathway.To regulated the methane-producing pathway by with stable isotope method.Experimental results show:? In the process of anaerobic fermentation,the statistical results showed that biogas production,CH4 production capacity,and yield was affected by different inoculums with food waste anaerobic fermentation.?In the single factor experiment(BES concentration was found to be the same as other fermentation conditions),different concentrations of BES had different effects on the anaerobic fermentation.A in the experimental group BES concentration is 1mmol/L,the main route of methane A in the experimental group for carbon dioxide methane production path.The concentration of BES B in the experimental group was 0.5mmol/L,the main route of methane A in the experimental group for carbon dioxide methane production path.?In this study,the isotope fractionation factors of the carbon dioxide pathway in the initial and stable stages in the anaerobic digestion(A experimental group)were?CO2=-73.29‰,CO2=-63.90‰,respectively.Isotope fractionation factors of carbondioxide for initial and stationary stages of anaerobic digestion(B experimental group)(experimental group)were ?CO2=-74.83,?CO2=-65.17‰,respectively.The isotope fractionation coefficient can be used directly for the study of methane pathways in similar anaerobic environments.? A group of the initial stage of carbon dioxide methane production way contribution is fmc=87.81%,the contribution of methane production of acetic acid method(fma=1-fmc)is 12.19%;in the stable stage,the contribution of the methane production from carbon dioxide is fmc=10.23%,the contribution rate of methane production in acetic acid pathway is(fma=1-fmc)89.77%.
