As a kind of natural,safe and biologically active food and drug additive,flavonoids have been paid more and more attention.Trace elements such as phosphorus,potassium,iron and large amounts of carbon and nitrogen are in the Chinese chestnut involucre.After treatment can be applied to chestnut mushroom growth.Make waste resources fully utilized.The purification process of total flavonoids from Chinese chestnut involucre was based on AB-8 macroporous resin as adsorbent.Combined removal of protein,dynamic adsorption,ethanol recrystallization,the purity of flavonoids was raised from 2.99% to 79.36%.Compared with the current literature,the process was improved by nearly 40%.The purification products were analyzed by IR and HPLC.Rutin,quercetin and kaempferol were identified,the contents were 6.85 mg/g,540.99 mg/g,106.14 mg/g.HPLC found the hydrolysis of rutin generate quercetin generation.Through the antibacterial test,Quercetin,gallic acid,5-hydroxymethyl furfural has an inhibitory effect on chestnut mushroom fungus.Antioxidant test display 79.36% flavonoids scavenging ·O2-effect is far higher than that of the same concentration of Vc.The order of antioxidant activity is 79.36% flavonoids > Vc > 2.99% flavonoids.Clearance and OH strong or weak order is Vc > 79.36% flavonoids > 2.99% flavonoids.The carbon source,nitrogen source and mineral elements in Chinese chestnut involucre were determined.Theoretical calculation was obtained the maximum percentage of water extraction and alcohol extraction were 54.09% and 42.08% respectively.After the laboratory cultivation and field test of Qianxi local cultivation,initial water extraction and alcohol extraction Chinese chestnut involucre fine slag maximum dosage was 50% and 40%.According to the cost and revenue accounting,the optimum proportion of water extraction and alcohol extraction were 40% and 35%,respectively.More than 18% higher than 17% reported in the literature.
