This paper mainly objected with soil nematode on eastern Tibetan Plateau alpine meadows, explores the effect of nitrogen fertilizer, phospuorus fertilizer, nitrogen and phosphorus mixed fertilizer on nematode communities,to reveal the changes on structure and function of soil food web through the effects of fertilization on the soil nematode communities in alpine meadow of Tibetan Plateau, and to provide a basis for the sustainable management of the ecosystem. The results showed that:(1)The addition of nitrogen and phosphorus mixed fertilizer increased the abundance of soil nematode, but no significant differences between nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer. The abundance of plant parasites decreased after nitrogen fertilizer addition, the abundance of fungivores increased;the abundance of bacterivores increased after phosphorus fertilizer addition.(2)The effect of nitrogen fertilizer, nitrogen and phosphorus mixed fertilizer on nematode diversity and maturity index were not significant.Under phosphorus treated-plot,nematode diversity and the abundance of plant parasites were influenced by sample time, also by sample time and P fertilizer, and the maturity index was affected by phosphorus fertilizer and sample time?(3)The soil food web of low fertilization gradient, pgosphorus fertilizer and high gradient of N and P mixed fertilizer were being a state of stability, there are more trophic levels on soil food web.Changes of nematode communities and fauna analysis can influence the function of soil ecosystem through changing the structure and nutrient decomposition channel of soil food web.(4)The body size of nematode response differently to soil nutrient,CWM of the body size of nematode can a indicator to research the soil nematode communities response to environment disturbance.
