In the world vegetable trade market,the total output of Xinjiang's tomato paste is rank NO.3 in the world,its production equipment and production capacity accounted for about 90% of China,which means that tomato industry plays an important strategic position in agricultural production in Xinjiang.At present,the domestic tomato transplanters are mainly semi automated transplanter,the process of feeding plug seedlings and put seedlings into planting apparatus are completed by the artificial auxiliary.This kind of method has the advantages of low automation level,low transplanting efficiency and high transplanting cost.Study in China for transplanting machine automatic sending plug and feeding technology is in the primary stage,transplanters made by abroad have the advantages of high automation level,varieties kind and high working efficiency,but most of the models can not meet the domestic requirements of agriculture.It has certain reference value to study a kind of automatic sending and feeding plug system to achieve automatic sending plug and automatic feeding plug functions,which will achieve transplant tomatoes in large areas and improve transplanter's automation degree of our country.In this paper,we serve tomato seedlings transplaner as the research object and do the research and design the automatic sending and feeding plug system,the main research is show as follows:According to the general technical requirements of the transplanter automatic sending and feeding plug mechanism,the paper puts forward the overall design schemes and determines the final design scheme by comparison.The final design scheme uses the combination of plug layer,sprocket mechanism,conveyor belt,stepping motor,synchronous belt to realize the automatic sending and feeding plug progress and uses the PLC as the system control scheme.To establish the three-dimensional model of automatic sending plug mechanism and automatic feeding plug mechanism by using SolidWorks software,the paper analyzes the working principle.Besides,the optimal design of the structure is carried out,and the optimal combination of the mechanism is determined to set up the test-bed.The paper uses a PLC control system,and according to the control requirements of automatic sending and feeding plug system,the working principle and overall scheme design,the paper select the hardware of control system,analyzes control purpose and determines the signal acquisition method and dynamic control method.Besides,the paper uses the programming software GX Developer to design the software of control system which is supporting MITSUBISHI PLC.The main program and subroutine programs are analyzed at the same time.This paper sets up the test-bed and do the test on the location accuracy rate of the plug layer of the automatic sending plug mechanism and precision rate of automatic feeding plug mechanism.The test data obtained by experiments and statistical analysis of the test results.The experimental results show that the location accuracy rate of the plug layer the automatic sending plug mechanism is more than 99.7%,the precision rate of automatic feeding plug mechanism can reach more than 99%,which means that therationality of the design of automatic sending and feeding plug system is verified.
