?Object?Xinjiang is located in inland arid area,water resources shortage,salinization is unfavorable factors which restrict the yield and quality of processing tomatoes.Xinjiang has saline soil and low temperature is an important factor restricting the quality and yield of processing tomatoes.so,screening of tomato varieties with stress resistance to stress wish breeding tomato cultivars and the selection of varieties for processing tomatoes planting areas.? Method ? In this experiment,salt and low-temperature stress were applied to the seed germination and seedling stages of the second division newly cultivars tomato cultivars in the past two years and relatively large cultivars area in Xinjiang.The germination energy,germination rate,germination index,vitality index,length of hypocotyl,length of hypocotyl,proline,malondialdehyde,soluble sugar content,soluble protein,superoxide dismutase,peroxide enzyme,catalase were measured under salt and low temperature.Through the greenhouse nursery transplant field and conduct field management,observe and record field botanical traits and determine fruit quality traits,the plant height,stem diameter,red(green)fruit,Fruit section bit,Effective branch number,Yield per plant,flesh thickness,fruit firmness,weight of single fruit,total sugar,total acid,soluble solids,dry weight/fresh weight were measured on the overview to field traits.?Results?(1)The salt tolerance of different processing tomatoes cultivars was also different under salt stress.The physiological indices of tomato seed germination compared with the control experiment decreased,Physiological and biochemical indicators seedling stage of the compared to the control experiment increased.Through the membership function method comprehensive evaluation,Salt resistance from strong to weak followed by: nF12,Shihong9,JW001,nF14,IVF6172,IVF3155,nF13,nF11,nF8,nF1,Tunhe17,Nongfan3,nF7,nF3,nF4,nF10,nF6,nF2,nF5.(2)The low temperature tolerance of different processing tomatoes cultivars was also different under low temperature stress.The physiological indices of tomato seed germination compared with the control experiment decreased,Physiological and biochemical indicators seedling stage of the compared to the control experiment increased.Through the membership function method comprehensive evaluation,Low temperature resistance from strong to weak followed by:IVF6172,nF12,Tunhe17,nF11,nF13,nF14,nF8,nF7,IVF3155,nF3,nF5,nF10,Nongfan3,nF6,JW001,nF4,nF1,Shihong9,nF2.(3)According to the investigation and determination of field agronomic traits and fruit quality,Through the membership function method comprehensive evaluation,the field traits from excellent to poor followed by:nF12,nF13,nF14,IVF6172,Tunhe17,IVF3155,nF11,nF8,JW001,Nongfan3,Shihong9,nF7,nF6,nF10,nF4,nF3,nF5,nF1,nF2.?Conclustion?The plant resistance is a complex quantitative trait that affects multiple factors,and different processing tomatoes cultivars has different resistance mechanism,So that the some kind of indices has different reaction of different processing tomatoes cultivars in stress proteins,The resistance of plants can not be evaluated from a single indicator,Should be a comprehensive consideration and evaluation of multiple indices.Through the salt tolerance,low temperature resistance and field traits,we can get more quality cultivars is nF12,more poor quality cultivars is nF12.
