Root rot is one of the most devastating diseases in plantation of Panax notoginseng,also one of reasons causing replant failure of Panax notoginseng.Currently,chemical pesticides are widely used to control this disease.However,abuse of chemical pesticides resulted in serious soil pollution and excessive pesticide residue.In addition,it is unsuccessful to control the disease by using chemical pesticides in the consecutive plantation of Panax notoginseng,which has the high death rate of Panax notoginseng.In order to solve the problems,such as environmental contamination and excessive pesticide residue,integrated chemical,biocontrol and cultivated methods were explored to prevent and control root-rot disease of Panax notoginseng.This study was carried out both indoor pot and in the field to evaluate the effect of treatments integrated soil fumigant,mixed microbial fertilizer and activator of plant resistant to diseases,to control root-rot disease and replant failure.1.In order to evaluate the laboratory group of the proposed Panax notoginseng green control technology program feasibility.Research from 2015 to 2016 for two consecutive years in Kunming,Shilin and Yanshan Panax notoginseng consecutive works carried out root rot control test.The main measures include fumigation with soil fumigants for one month prior to Panax notoginseng planting.After planting Panax notoginseng with microbial bacteria fertilizer field irrigation,after the emergence of each week with the disease activator for leaf treatment.The results showed that the green control measures combined with the above three techniques could effectively improve the emergence rate and survival rate of Panax notoginseng.In the two-year period,the highest survival rate of up to 83%.2.Further evaluation of the above green control technology program in the effectiveness of different technical measures.This study was conducted by laboratory tests,the soils were treated with soil fumigants and EM bacteria,respectively,and the number of colonies was determined by dilution coating plate method.Study on the bactericidal rule of soil fumigant and the effect of compound microbial fertilizer on the protection of Panax notoginseng environment.The results showed that the soil fumigants could only reduce the number of culturable microorganisms in the soil for a certain period of time,but the number of cultivable microorganisms in the soil increased with the prolongation of time.The results indicate that soil fumigants may only act on soil microbes that are active and do not work for some dormant microbes.And EM bacteria can effectively protect the formation of the dominant bacteria in the soil,in a timely manner to add beneficial bacteria to protect the root of Panax notoginseng infection.The above research results show that the laboratory group developed the Panax notoginseng root rot green control technology system for continuous cropping root rot have a certain control effect.In order to further improve the control effect,need to optimize some specific technical parameters,in order to obtain better control effect.
