In order to explore the effects of rotation of leguminous plants on the growth characteristics,yield and antioxidant system in continuous cropping potato plants,In this study,5 years continuous cropping potato(Xin Daping)soil and 5-year-old alfalfa soil were used as test materials,and the concentration was set at 1: 4 soil extracts,and 6 treatments: T1(flat furrow mulch : alfalfa),T2(whole film ridge seedling : alfalfa),T3(full film sowing :alfalfa),CK1(flat furrow),CK2(whole film ridge)and CK3(full film sowing).The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The photosynthetic parameters and fluorescence characteristics of the potatoes and the alfalfa soil extracts were improved significantly.The net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of potato treated with T2 were significantly higher than those of T3 and T1 treatments.The energy efficiency,potential activity and the electron transport activity of PS?were increased by T1,T2 and T3,PS II response center increased the degree of openness,of which the T2 treatment improved best.The relative chlorophyll content of T1,T2 and T3 was significantly higher than that of the corresponding control,and the relative chlorophyll content was decreased in the starch accumulation period due to the senescence of the potato plants.But the T2 treatment of chlorophyll content is still the highest.2.Continuous cropping potato and alfalfa soil extracts promoted the accumulation and distribution of dry matter of potted potato and the formation of yield.The accumulation of dry matter in the three treatments of potato seedling,T1,T2 and T3,the accumulation of dry matter content and the dry matter content of T2 at the seedling stage and tuber formation stage were the highest,and from the tuber formation stage,The dry matter content of tubers accounts for about 50% of the total dry matter content of the whole plant,and the ratio of dry matter content of tubers treated with T2 was the highest,followed by T3.The relative growth rate of potato treatments was faster,the T2 treatment was the best and.At the seedling stage of potato,T3 had the highest plant height and stem diameter,and the T2 treatment were the highest in the tuber formation and starch accumulation period.The percentages of potato tuber yield and sweet potato were the highest in potato harvesting period,and the percentage of potato weight and medium potato was higher,while the percentage of CK1,CK2 and CK3 was the highest Large,the individual yield and average weight of single potato were significantly lower than T1,T2 and T3.3.Continuous cropping of potato and alfalfa soil extract increased the growth and development of root system during potted potato tuber formation and the root vigor andabsorption area during the whole growth period.The root surface area,root tip number and root length of potato were significantly higher than those of control,and the root volume had no significant change.T1,T2 and T3 had the highest root activity TTC in the tubers,and the TTC activity was the highest at T2 treatment.The change trend of total root area and effective absorption area of potato root was consistent with that of root vigor TTC,which indicated that the continuous extraction of potato and alfalfa soil extract could improve the root condition of potted potato and enrich the mineral elements from the soil.4.There was a certain correlation between the potato yield and agronomic and physiological indexes.The yield per plant and the weight of single potato and the total absorbing area of root respectively had significant and extreme correlation.There was a significant positive correlation between the potato of plant height and stem diameter.The total absorbing area of root and the total root length and root surface area of the root had significant positive correlation,at the same time,the active absorbing area of the root had an extremely significant positive correlation with the total root length and positively correlated with the root surface area.There was a significant positive correlation between the root surface area and root diameter and root volume.
