| Corn is gramineae corn belongs to annual herb,economic crops,widely cultivated throughout our province Potassium plant corn for typical xi,adequate supply of potassium,can guarantee the normal physiological metabolism of maize plants and robust growth In China most of the corn belt of corn leaf potassium content is low,there are many factors that can cause low potassium content in corn,such as soil itself can for plants absorb potassium content is low;Moreover,plants absorb and transfer will be affected by the environment of heavy metal ions in the process of reducing the potassium absorption ability,and finally,error ipns)results in the decrease of potassium uptake of corn ability this paper select the second influence factors as the research direction,up from its absorption change plant potassium absorption features to improve the absorption of potassium.Take four corn varieties namely Jinyu 818,Jindan 999,Qianyu 3 and Qiandan 16 as test materials,under the condition of adding specific inhibitor restraining potassium channel and potassium carrier,the thesis mainly researches on the effects of different concentration of heavy metal ions mainly copper,lead,zinc and cadmium on the transfer of non selective cation channels(NSCCs)in maize roots and the corn root’s absorption to heavy metal.The main conclusions are as follows:1、Copper ion of Jinyu 818 、Jindan 999、Qianyu 3 and Qiandan 16 maize root total potassium absorption rate and NSCCs potassium absorption rate had significant inhibitory effect Copper ions in the maximum total potassium uptake inhibition concentrations of 4 kinds of maize are 10 mg· L-1;Copper ion of Jinyu 818、 Qianyu 3 and Qiandan 16 inhibit the largest single ion concentration and total potassium inhibition of 10 mg· L-1,while Jindan 999 inhibit the largest copper ion concentration is 40 mg· L-1of 4 kinds of maize root NSCCs potassium transfer contribution rates vary,Jinyu 818、Qianyu 3 increases with the increase of copper ion concentration;On the other hand,the copper ion absorption rate of the four types of maize root was increased with the increase of the external copper ion concentration.2、Lead ion of Jinyu 818 、Jindan 999、Qianyu 3 and Qiandan 16 maize root total potassium absorption rate and NSCCs potassium absorption rate had significant inhibitory effect.Jinyu 818 and Qianyu 3 、Qiandan 16、 Qianyu 3 maximum total potassium uptake rate of inhibition of lead ion concentration respectively 1mol· L-1 、2 mol· L-1、3 mol· L-1.Jinyu 818 、 Qianyu 3 and Qiandan 16 maize root inhibition NSCCs biggest lead concentrations of potassium absorption rate is 1mol· L-1,Jindan 999 2 mol· L-1 lead ions on the Jindan 999 and Qianyu 3 NSCCs potassium transfer contribution rate is affected,of Jinyu 818 and Qiandan 16 suppression and promote the lead ion of gold 818 respectively and Qiandan 16 lead ion absorption rate with lead3、Zinc ion of Jinyu 818 、Jindan 999、Qianyu 3 and Qiandan 16 maize root total potassium absorption rate and NSCCs potassium absorption rate had significant inhibitory effect Jinyu 818 、Jindan 999、 Qiandan 16 suppression total potassium absorption rate and NSCCs largest zinc concentration of potassium absorption rate of 10mg· L-1,Qianyu 3 largest inhibition concentration respectively 20mg· L-1 and 50 mg· L-1 with the increase of zinc ion concentration,the contribution rate of 4 kinds of maize root NSCCs potassium transfer Zinc ion absorption rate besides Qianyu 3 performance for inhibition,the rest are promoting4、Cadmium ion ofJinyu 818 、Jindan 999、Qianyu 3 and Qiandan 16 maize root total potassium absorption rate and NSCCs potassium absorption rate had significant inhibitory effect on inhibition of 4 kinds of maize root potassium absorption rate of cadmium ion concentration are largest 10mg· L-1 Jindan 999 NSCCs cadmium ions on the gold single potassium transfer contribution has a promoting effect,the other three groups are the inhibitory effect of 4 kinds of maize root cadmium ion absorption rate of cadmium ion concentration increases with the outside world... |
