Aphis gossypii Glover is a polyphagous parasite with some host biotypes.Which is harmful to the host of Chinese wolfberry,resulting in a decline in the yield and quality,in recent years,In the domestic Aphis gossypii Glover has been identified as a variety of host biotypes,such as cucumber type,cotton type,pomegranate type.A series of methods were used to determine the Aphis gossypii Glover Morphological characteristics,establishment of different hosts on the life table of Chinese wolfberry aphid,different host Aphis gossypii Glover genetic diversity determination of the Chinese wolfberry host Aphis gossypii Glover morphology,life table parameters,genetic structure and other aspects of the differences.In order to clarify the Aphis gossypii Glover specificity degree on the wolfberry host,the formation of host biotypes,and adaptation mechanisms.The results are as follows:1 From the morphological results show,the canonical analysis results of this study,we can see that the morphological characteristics of Aphis gossypii Glovers on the host were also different,which indicated that the wolfberry,cucumber and Aphis gossypii Glover were different.The head width of the Qinghai Nuomuhong is higher than those of the Xinjiang populations.2 The results show that the developmental speed of the Aphis gossypii Glovers is higher than those of cucumber and cotton,except for the age of L2-L3.Indicating that the wolfberry Aphis gossypii Glover pest development than cucumber,cotton slowly.The Aphis gossypii Glover life table parameters of wolfberry are significantly smaller than those of cotton Aphis gossypii Glover,The results showed that the growth rate of Aphis gossypii is significantly lower than that of Xinjiang3 The results of the host transfer test show that wolfberry,cucumber and cotton Aphis gossypii Glover could not be transferred to each other,but they could use potato,cowpea and zucchini.The adaptability of wolfberry aphid to potato is strong;and cucumber aphid on the utilization of zucchini than wolfberry,cotton Aphis gossypii Glover strong;Aphis gossypii Glover on cowpea adaptability than wolfberry,cucumber aphid strong.4 There are some differences in the genetic differentiation of Aphis gossypii populations in different populations: the wolfberry could be clustered into one branch and cotton cucumber.(NW),Wulan(WL),Golmud River East Farm(HD),Dulan Xiangshe(XRD)can be used to control the population of wolfberry aphid(DGL),Zongjia(ZJ)19 populations are clustered together as one,and the remaining populations from Qinghai,Ningxia,Gansu and Xinjiang are clustered into one.5 From the morphological survey.The results of the host transfer test show that wolfberry,cucumber and cotton Aphis gossypii Glover could not be transferred to each other;The results showed that the wolfberry cotton aphids were clustered into a class of cotton aphids.The Based on the results of these three aspects,it is clear that the cotton aphid has a long-term adaptation to the host of the wolfberry,and the cotton aphid on the host of the wolfberry has been dominated by the host type,wolfberry biotype.
