This experiment chooses 50 differences in genetic background of sweet corn inbred line material,combined with phenotypic clustering and SSR two methods,and then effectively clustering division.According to the result of phenotypic clustering,as shown in the reference of each classification number,parents choose 11 from 50 material that covers all groups of inbred lines of representative materials,reserved for parents,according to the method of incomplete diallel cross 30 hybrid combinations and reserves,parents and the parents and heterosis of F1 generation were analysis,the analysis of general combining ability and special combining ability and soluble sugar content and the main characters of the genetic correlation analysis and path analysis,to explore the effectiveness of the clustering.The results were as follows:1(1): phenotypic clustering is based on the main traits of inbred lines and measure quality traits and indoor KaoZhong data sorting,inbred lines are divided into different groups,through the phenotypic clustering,threshold by Euclidean distance 7.8,50 experimental materials can be divided into four categories.There are 18 parents in the first category,12 in the second category,6 in the third category,and 14 in the fourth category.(2)the SSR clustering: is the method of using SSR molecular marker for the division of heterosis groups,to reveal the genetic diversity of inbred lines between real,this experiment with 14 primers for amplification on 50 sweet corn material,detected a total of 58 gene mutation,gene loci alleles detected by the variation of 2-6,the average detection sites to 4.14,with 58 bits tally measure 50 sweet corn inbred lines of polymorphism information content(PIC)was 0.594,0.473 0.709 range,by SSR 50 material clustering analysis can be divided into four categories,the first major categories are 10 parents,the second major categories have 14 parent,a third categories has 13 parents,4 kinds of 13 parent.(3)two clustering methods,basic phenotypic clustering first categories consistent with SSR the third category of clustering,the second phenotypic clustering categories consistent with SSR clustering of the fourth categories,the third category phenotypic clustering is consistent with the SSR first categories of clustering,the fourth phenotypic clustering categories is consistent with the SSR clustering the second categories.Clustering analysis provide reference for fine combination of matching,but the parent heterosis between classification distance may not high,so can't completely optional combination according to the classification results.Heterosis analysis: the average advantage of 13 traits of 30 hybrid combinations was obtained by this experimentThe analysis of superaffinity analysis;Heterosis of F1 generation was very obvious,the plant height,high weight per ear,ear,grain number,whether in the hundred grain weight average or transgression advantages are all positive,whereas in the other seven shape is negative,but more for the positive advantages outweigh the negative edge part.3(1)general combining ability analysis: from the general combining ability analysis,the soluble total sugar,for example,that parent Q5 the general effect of Q6 Q7 Q10 values are positive and slightly higher than the other parent,and with its cross combinations Q5 x Q7,equipping the Q5 x Q10,Q6 x Q10 soluble total sugar content is higher.Therefore,parents,or parents has one of the larger the effect of general combining ability equipping combination value is higher,so to a certain character of sweet corn modified,should choose the character high general combining ability of parents to piece together(2)the special combining ability analysis: from the special combining ability analysis,the Q16,Q17,Q30,special combining ability Q40 values are bigger,but its the size of the general combining ability is not certain,such as: parents Q4,Q5,Q8,Q11 sound values of the general combining ability is larger,but the parent of Q2,Q3,Q10 values of the general combining ability is lesser,so in the breeding of good varieties of aspects should be taken various traits,and environmental factors also have a certain influence on it.4(1)the total sugar content of sweet corn and genetic correlation coefficient between the main characters are: the size of the ears,ear row number and row grain number and weight per spike,plant height,ear position is high,the hundred grain weight,axis coarse,stem diameter,ear length,bald tip length,skin residue rate.(2)the total sugar content of sweet corn and main characters of the direct path coefficient is: ear row number,plant height,spikelets hundred grain weight,coarse,bald tip length,shaft,stem diameter,ear length,ear diameter,ear position is high,the skin residue rate.
