Syringa villosa Vahl and Syringa oblata Lindl.as the main landscape plants,can be medicinal,and has a high economic value,can achieve a win-win environmental protection and development.The precipitation in North China is less,so planting in the northern area of clove is more susceptible to drought stress.The morphological characteristics of two species of clove by the optical microscope,and the rhizome and leaf of primary,secondary structure for comparative anatomy characteristics,combined with the drought resistance index of plant plant(relative water content,chlorophyll content,POD,SOD,MDA,The relationship between the correlation and drought resistance was discussed,and the present situation and Prospect of landscape application were analyzed:1.Syringa villosa Vahl and Syringa oblata Lindl.root cortex tissue is developed,parenchyma cell level,and significantly higher than other cells.But the Syringa villosa Vahl periderm phellem cell containing a small amount of water,but not the Syringa oblata Lindl.,red and Syringa oblata Lindl.Syringa oblata Lindl.has a water storage capacity is very strong,more than Syringa villosa Vahl.Syringa oblata Lindl.more layer of protection that has stronger ecological adaptability.2.Syringa villosa Vahl epidermis thicker cell wall,a skin layer containing a large number of smaller size crystals scattered thick horn cells;.Syringa oblata Lindl cortex is 4 to 6 layers of parenchyma cells,containing a small amount of scattered crystal cell containing chloroplasts.Syringa villosa Vahl xylem diameter of the catheter and the number of holes per mm is much greater than lilac.Description Syringa villosa Vahl than Syringa oblata Lindl.of water stronger,have a stronger ecological adaptability.3.Syringa villosa Vahl leaf skin skin thickness greater than Syringa oblata Lindl.;Syringa villosa Vahl has a fence organization with a spongy tissue ratio of 4.8: 1,Syringa oblata Lindl.The grid ratio is 1.2: 1.Syringa villosa Vahl veins are more developed,there are 5 leaves,Syringa oblata Lindl.Arrangement of tight layers of thick tissue and parenchyma cells plus developed fence tissue not only enhances the photosynthesis of Syringa villosa Vahl and Syringa oblata Lindl,but also protects plants from the effects of stress,but Syringa villosa Vahl's stratum corneum thickness,gate sea and leaf trace are much larger than Syringa oblata Lindl.,Making Syringa villosa Vahl has a stronger ecological adaptability.The effects of water content,chlorophyll content,superoxide dismutase and peroxidase activity,malondialdehyde content and soluble sugar on the physiological indexes of drought resistance of Syringa oblata Lindl and Syringa villosa Vahl were studied.In the same living environment,Syringa villosa Vahl and Syringa oblata Lindl.Living environment similar,but Syringa villosa Vahl chlorophyll content,SOD activity,POD activity,soluble sugar content were significantly greater than Syringa oblata Lindl.,Only Syringa villosa Vahl relative moisture Deficit and MDA content were significantly less than Syringa oblata Lindl.Description Syringa villosa Vahl has a stronger ecological adaptability than Syringa oblata Lindl.
