Research On Facial Recognition Of Sika Deer Based On Least Squares Support Vector Machine

China's deer industry has a long history,but the share in the international market is much lower than the Western countries.The study of the deer ecology behavior will help to further develop the economic value of deer products,to protect deer much better,and provide technical support for intelligent agriculture.Image processing and identification technology is also widely used in scientific breeding,but most of them focus on small-scale breeding of poultry and other fields,almost not have application in livestock breeding research for cattle,sheep,deer and other large animal husbandry research.This paper intends to use computer image recognition technology to the scientific cultivation of sika deer,saving the cost of artificial farming.The paper also deals with various fine parts of the image,just like binarization,normalization,thinning.According them toimprove the quality of image processing,so that the machine for analysis and identification.The specific contents of the paper are as follows:(1)The principle of least squares support vector machine and its basic algorithm are explored.According to the application requirements,the classical multi-classification algorithm OVA(One-Versus-All)in SVM is chosen to solve the image and image of the deer video progressive matching problem,because in the same situation,the recognition accuracy is higher.(2)In the process of solving the problem,the eigenvalue extraction method and the parameter setting method are analyzed emphatically.In order to improve the accuracy of system identification,a solution algorithm SLDA for small sample feature extraction is proposed,which can effectively improve the feature extraction and laid a solid foundation for the follow-up study.And the results of the study effectively applied to the field of deer facial image recognition applications.(3)In order to enhance the accuracy of the entire system identification,the image is pre-processed to remove some of the image recognition may exist interference.(4)According to the overall design of the system,the main function of the system is the preview function,the real-time monitoring function,the facial detection function,the facial recognition function and the facial training function and so on.And its application in the scientific cultivation of sika deer.
