| 6 hybrid combinations(1:A♂×H♀;2:G♂×H♀;3:A♂×G♀;4:H♂×G♀;5:G♂×A♀;6:H♂×A♀)and 3 homozygous combinations(7:AA;8:GG;9:HH)were obtained by hybridization with complete double row method using Jilin Luhua Chicken and Jilin local Black chicken.The aim of the study was to the growth and development of two local chicken breeds.Meanwhile,the growth and development,slaughter performance and flesh analysis of six crosses were studied.Combining with the former indexes,the best hybrid combinations were screened out.The main results are as follows:Growth and development performance showed that the cock was used in the combination of the 3rd group at the end of 18 th week,and the growth rate of the offspring was better than that of the alfalfa.The feed of the 3rd group was optimum,with the heterosis rate of the whole growth stage(4.48%),the gain rate of the 16-week gain(13.411%),and the daily gain of the male and female(27.19 g and 15.95g).Compared with the lowest survival rate of the shorts(74.45%),the survival rate of the fresh hens was 91.11%.Among the 6 hybrid combinations,the survival rate was above 85%,and the survival rate of the second hybrid combination was the highest(94.45%)with the heterosis(1.56%).The 5rd combination had the highest heterosis rate(3.52%),with the survival rate(90%).The results of slaughter performance showed that compared with other groups,the significant difference was found in the shorts in live weight,slaughter weight,semi-net weight,full weight,leg weight,wings weight and foot weight was significant difference(P≤0.05)or significant difference between live weight,slaughter weight,semi-net weight,full weight,leg weight,wings weight and foot weight(P≤0.01).There was no significant difference among the six crosses(P≥0.05).The hybridization rate of the first group was 4.98% and 37.41% in the thoracic and leg muscles,and the superiority of the thoracic and lumbar muscles was the highest.The yield of the hybrids showed a negative heterosis,which indicated that the hybrid gropenot only improved the other slaughter traits,but also effectively reduced the abdominal fat rate(P <0.05).Of the third group,the slaughter rate of cock and hens(89.05% and 88.99%)and the total seeding rate were the highest.The meat production performance was better than other combinations,but the difference was not significant(P≥0.05)。The results showed that the pH were 5.8-6.5 in 24 hours after slaughter,and the muscle pH showed a decreasing trend with the prolongation of time.The pH of the male and female hens was lower than that of the leg muscles and cock,Leg muscle pH were higher than hens.The water content of the broilers was 68.42%,76.32% and 75.39%,respectively.The water content of the broilers was 64.47%,72.01% and 69.23% respectively.The drip loss and water loss rate thoracic and lumbar muscle of the first and second combination were-22.46%,-0.11% and 22.72%,1.2% respectively,and the leg muscle was-21.27%,-6.6% and-22.41,-7.79%,respectively,indicating that the two groups obtained better heterosis in terms of hydraulic system.Cock ’s chest leg muscle was significantly higher than the hen,and regardless of the public,hen,chest muscle shear force is less than the leg muscle,In the second group,the bifurcation rate was-6.5247%,and the leg muscle rate was the largest negative,which was-1.9878%,which indicated that the second hybrid was the most delicate. |
