Biochar is calcined by high temperature pyrolysis in low temperature environment.The biochar is a honeycombed structure of the rich,it not only can adsorb carbon ions in soil,Replenish the organic matter content of the soil,it can also conserve water and nutrients,and improve the structure and fertility of soil aggregate.At present the research on biochar focused more on environmental pollution and the improvement in the adsorption of heavy metals in soil,and the biochar research on the number of black carbon,soil humus carbon and the structure are still relatively small,so the field,pot and indoor cultivation experiment were selected,the biochar selected from different sources,and the dark brown soil,meadow soil and black soil were choosed as the research object.The conclusions are as follows:1,After the application of biochar,crop growth and development is conducive,When the fertilizer proportion rate was 24 t·hm-2,it can significantly increase the plant height and 100-grain weight,stalk weight and other output indicators,which will help improve crop yield,increase the economic benefits;2,The biochar added into soil can increase soil organic carbon content,and increased with the of applied amount,and the accumulation of soil organic matter is conducive,which helps to improve soil fertility,when the application amount was 24 t·hm-2,the content of organic carbon was highest;3,The biochar which added to the soil increased the content of soil humus,and increased the content of Hu and HA respectively,and the proportion of SOC increased,the soil PQ increased,FA content decreased,soil humification degree enhancement,HA logK decreased,the molecular structure tends to be complicated;4,After the application of biochar,the HA of the soil was enhanced,the number of aromatic carbon increased,the degree of oxidation and condensation decreased,the thermal stability was enhanced,and the structure became more complex and stable;5,When biochar application rate was 12 t·hm-2 and 24 t·hm-2,the black carbon content of the soil were increased by 90.2% and 139.5%;6,Biochar content of carbon black carbon in soil increased,improve the degree of condensation and aromaticity of black carbon structure,and the degree of oxidation of aliphatic black carbon decreased,the soil structure has become more complex and stable,conducive to the accumulation of soil organic matter,the biochar in improving carbon sequestration soil fertility and soil.have a great effect.
