According to the fact of the serious decreasing of fishery resource in Oratosquilla oratoria and the devastating of ecological environment in the recently years,fishery resource restoration and enhancement is the most effective method to ensure the renewable and permanent stocking to the marine biological resources.This paper based on the principles of fishery resource,we selected coastal Pikou where listed as the natural distributional zone of O.oratoria.Firstly,we acknowledged the current stocking of O.oratoria by in-suit survey and estimated the fluctuation of resources in future by the numerical model forecast further in order to fulfill the healthy sustainable development;Secondly,we studied the population dynamics and biomass fluctuation model through the age distribution on wild O.oratoria;Finally,through the field survey of fishermen's income in the local markets,the largest number of catches as well as the most economical fishing efforts,we concluded the economic analysis model.The catchability coefficient in Pikou was q=0.350 by the field survey of catching and fish efforts during 2014-2016 and the historical records in 2012 and 2013 with the intrinsic rate of0.732,accordingly,we got the remaining production was B2016=331.96 t,the maximum sustainable yield is 4.6491 million tons,the carrying capacity was 9.2918 million tons.The current fishing mortality is Fcur=0.593,the maximum sustainable fishing mortality rate was Fmsy=0.366.Through the analysis of fishing efforts and fishmen's incomes,we obtained the maximum catching of O.oratoria was 166 t,the CPUE was 16.30 kg d-1boat-1and the fishing efforts were10,186 then.The maximum economic catching was 163 t,then the CPUE was 18.17 kg d-1boat-1and fishing efforts were 9,014.Put it into a nutshell,we recommended that the fishing effort was controlled below 10000,it can be not only utilize the resources well and maximize the economic benefits.We discussed population structure and resource assessment of O.oratoria by fishery resources theories,enhanced our knowledge on habitat selection,breeding conditions and recruitment of O.oratoria,and promoted the sustainable exploration of O.oratoria.
