Litopenaeus vannamei and Macrobrachium rosenbergii has become the main breeding varieties in China.This experiment mainly discusses that the regulatory mechanism of growth and immune in Penaeus vannamei and Macrobrachium rosenbergii after infected WSSV.Firstly In the immunization,this experiment studied the expression of 3 kinds of Toll like receptor and immune related genes in different tissues of Macrobrachium rosenbergii,after infected different concentrations of WSSV for 45 days and the expression of the immune associated genes in different tissues of Litopenaeus vannamei after infected WSSV for 14 days.In the growth,this research revealed that the expression of the 3 kinds of growth related genes in the liver of Macrobrachium rosenbergii,after infected different concentrations of WSSV for 45 days and the expression of the 3 kinds of growth related genes in the liver of Litopenaeus vannamei after infected WSSV for 14 days.the results had show three aspect:(1)The expression of 3 kinds of toll like receptor and immune related genes in different tissues of Macrobrachium rosenbergii after infected different concentrations of WSSVFirst of all,the expression of 3 kinds of Toll like receptor genes in gill and hemolymph of shrimp in each test group was detected by RT-PCR after 45 d.The experiment results show that The expression of 3 kinds of toll like receptor gene in gill and hemolymph of Macrobrachium rosenbergii were affected by the infected concentration of WSSV.With the increase of the concentration of WSSV,The expression of 3 kinds of Toll like receptor gene of Macrobrachium rosenbergii rise in different tissues.In the fifth group(1x103copy/ul),the expression of 3 Toll gene reached maximum values.The increase of the infected concentration of WSSV could inhibit the expression of the 3 kinds ofToll like receptor genes after the sixth group.with the increase of the infected concentration and breeding time,the mortality of Macrobrachium rosenbergii increased in different cultural time and infected group,the mortality of the eighth group reached 70% is 2.8 times higher than control group.Secondly,the expression of proPO and PO genes were similar to that of the 3 kinds of Toll genes in this experiment.The results showed that the 3 kinds of Toll genes of macrobrachium rosenbergii may participate in the immune response to infected WSSV,in the test group fifth(1x103copy/ul),with the increase of the infected concentration of WSSV,the expression of the 3 kinds of toll like receptor gene will increase and reached the maximum value in the fifth groups,but with the further rise of the infected concentration of WSSV would inhibit the expression of 3 kinds of Toll like receptor gene.(2)The expression of cathepsin L,chitinase,chymotrypsin gene in hepatopancreas of Macrobrachium rosenbergii after infected different concentrations of WSSVThis experiment showed that the expression of cathepsin L,chitinase and chymotrypsin gene of macrobrachium rosenbergii decreased in hepatopancreas after infected different concentration WSSV in cultured 45 d.Among the fifth groups(1x103copy/ul)the 3 kinds of genes had the lowest value and the expression of 3 genes of Macrobrachium rosenbergii were inhibited.with the increasing of the infected concentration of WSSV and breeding time,the relative growth rate and relative growth rate of macrobrachium rosenbergii decreased in different breeding stage.(3)The expression of cathepsin L,chitinase and chymotrypsin genes and related immune genes in hepatopancreas of Litopenaeus vannamei after infected WSSV for 14 daysThe study observed the expression of related immune and growth genes in different tissues of Penaeus vannamei after infected WSSV(1 × 103 copy/ul)for 14 days.After infected WSSV for 14 days,the expression of proPO and PO in the gill and hemolymph of Penaeus vannamei were significantly higher than that in the control and the blank group(P<0.05).The expression of the 3 growth related genes were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the study indicated that the surviving individuals could maintain their normal immunity by increasing and maintaining the expression of their immune related genes.
