In this paper,the drip irrigation system is often blocked the problem,the core separation of hydrocyclone equipment were studied and analyzed.The axial tangential,radial velocity field and pressure field of hydrocyclone were analyzed by Fluent software,and the mechanism of solid-liquid separation was revealed.And the influence of the different structural parameters of the hydrocyclone on the internal flow field distribution,separation performance and energy loss are studied.At the same time,the influence of operating parameters and fluid properties on the separation performance of the cyclone is analyzed,which provides theoretical guidance for the design of efficient hydrocyclones.In order to further improve the separation performance of the sediment separator,the structure of the sediment separator was designed and optimized by orthogonal test,and the structural parameters of the sediment separator were reconfigured and adjusted.The five structural parameters of the pyramid angle,the length of the cylindrical section,the diameter of the bottom flow,the diameter of the overflow pipe and the depth of the overflow pipe were selected to construct the L25(56)orthogonal test table and the results were obtained by Fluent software.Of the 25 differ ent structural models for numerical simulation.Through the analysis of the influence of structural parameters on the separation efficiency of the cyclone separator and the analysis of the difference of the numerical calculation data,the influence degree of these structural parameters on the separation efficiency is determined,and the horizontal combination with the highest effect of sediment separation efficiency is found.Determine the optimal structural parameters of the sediment separator.Analysis shows:(1)the nature of the cyclone is the kinetic energy to the transition,the separation process is a process of energy consumption,high separation efficiency means that more energy needs,in the selection of the cyclone into the design,To balance the relationship between the two.(2)to change the size of the cyclone parameters,the speed of the overall distribution of the law has no effect,only to change the size of the value.The change in the size of the speed further causes the separation efficien cy and energy consumption to change.(3)The influence of structural factors on sediment separation efficiency is the cone taper,the depth of overflow pipe,the diameter of overflow pipe,the diameter of bottom pipe and the length of cylindrical section.(4)Compared with the pre-optimization,the separation efficiency is improved by about 8%,the pressure gradient is smaller,the pressure field distribution is more uniform,the internal flow field is more stable and the feasibility of the optimization is confirmed.
