Precision Agriculture(PA)has received worldwide attention since the bringing up of its concept.China has also raised the demand of establishing the agriculture measurement and control system based on Internet of Things in the new century and is pushing forward the development of Precision Agriculture.Through Precision Agriculture,the human can measure and control agricultural productivity from many aspects such as crop planting,land cultivation,soil fertilization,product processing and transportation,leading to a modernized agriculture.Nowadays,the research in precision agriculture involves with geographical information system,sensor network,global positioning system and remote sensing technology,continuously evolves from hardware,software and algorithms perspectives.This article researches on theories and implementation of agricultural machinery operation data platform,farming operation quality calculations,and operation job planning techniques.To begin with,the design and implementation of agricultural machinery data platform are studied by analyzing data communication module,data storage module and user interface module with great details.This platform makes real-time collecting of agricultural machinery trajectory data,visualization of farming operation information and centralized management of device profiles possible while providing data support for the following precise measurement of farming operation quality calculations.Next,algorithms on precise measurement of farming operation quality are brought up.Most traditional farming operation quality algorithms cannot give a fine result without ignoring result errors coming from irregular or duplicate operation,or having a high time complexity.By using preprocessing algorithms from this article,invalid operation data will be filtered and the rest densified.Based on these algorithms,this article investigates into a grid-based operation qualification rate algorithm and a block reconstruction algorithm based on Delaunay triangulation.These algorithms are plain in principle,easy to implement,and highly precise when it comes to calculating complex operation tracks.Finally,this article proposes an operation job planning algorithm based on AntColony Optimization for the operation scheduling problem.The farming operation job planning problem is analyzed,and a mathematic model is built.The article also discusses two traditional solutions.To solve the efficiency bottleneck of calculating of middle or large scale job planning problem,this article builds a new operation job planning algorithms using the Ant-Colony Optimization framework.The simulation result shows that this algorithm can get fine feasible allocation solutions rapidly when there are a great many operation tasks or agricultural machinery to be assigned.
