| It is significant to conduct a research on improving the indoor environment of layer house due to the reason that the environment quality of layer house has a great influence on the productivity of lens.Through different methods of dynamic simulation research on indoor environment of layer house,it is effective to forecast and conduct assessment on indoor environment on layer house,from which we can put forward a more pointed improvement to enhance the indoor environment.Firstly,through literature review and basic on-site survey on the lens cultivation situation in North China,this thesis built a general layer house model according to main farming situation in China,which can be treated as following dynamic simulation of physical model research on the indoor environment of layer house.Secondly,considering ventilation through the cages and lens during the simulation,this paper built the porous media model of caged pensand produced related resistance parameters through theoretical calculation.Through case test,compared with the simplified model,the simulation results of the model of caged pens of porous media were closer to the measured data.Next,this thesis based on the model of caged pens of porous media and conducted ventilation simulation research aiming at general layer house indoor environment in winter,which lead to a problem of ventilation dead zone in the general layer house during the typical ventilation case when only a exhaust fan was placed between the middle of north wall and the south wall of the lens house.By increasing two more exhaust fans on the same level of north-south wall and closer to both ends,the problem of ventilation dead zone has been solved smoothly.Based on this ventilation method,this thesis made a further dynamic simulation on indoor ventilation operation in winter and found a working method about the start and close time of airflow.At last,based on the model of caged pens of porous media,this paper conducted ventilation simulation research on the general layer house indoor environment in summer,finding that under the typical ventilation case that all the wet curtain were placed close tothe north-south wall in the west of lens house existed three problems: heat accumulation at the terminal of longitudinal,high relative humidity,and poor uniformity of indoor environmental parameters.Considering those problems,there are three improvements of wet curtain placement which could be followed for dynamic simulation research on the influence of indoor environment.The result of this thesis can give some reference and do some good help for ventilation system design of layer house and operational control scheme. |
