Classical swine fever is a severe infectious disease,endangering the swine industry in china.In the last century,our countryinvention of the vaccine(HCLV)to prevent swine fever,and achieved very good results.In this study,we selected commercial swine fever antibody ELISA detection reagent kit to detect the classical swine fever blocking ELISA antibody level and study the influence of time of immunization,immune dose and PRRS disease situation in classical swine fever antibody level.The experimental results are as follows:1.Selected 4 healthy pig farms,using 20~60 days and 35~70 days of classical swine fever vaccine immunity.In about 30 days after the first immunization of swine fever antibody blocking blocking ELISA values are relatively low,the positive rate of between 50% to 80%;after the second immunization,swine fever antibody blocking blocking ELISA values were significantly increased,positive rate can reach 100%,the dispersion coefficient at 0.3 below.As a whole,the immune method of 60 day old farm of 20 day old the first time CSF maternal antibody levels were higher in free,the first free to second free before the positive rate of 50% to 70% range,compared to 35 days of age 70 days of age the first free time of maternal antibody levels low,first free to free before the positive rate reached more than 80%,indicating that 35~70 day old immune method is less disturbed by maternal antibody,but hog cholera immunization blank period long.2.Select a large-scale pig farms,the piglets were divided into 2 groups,about 30 piglets in each group,according to the immune procedure for 20~60 days of age in pig farms were immune 1 and 6 swine fever live vaccine(RID>750)after immunization respectively at the age of 20 days and 60 days of age and 90 days of age detection of classical swine fever antibody.After testing found different immune doses at the age of 20 days and 60 days of age and 90 days of age of classical swine fever antibody in no difference(P > 0.1)and 1 head and 6 copies of the first group of CSFV antibody value,positive rate and dispersion in at the age of 20 days and 60 days of age and 90 days of age change curve with the normal pig farm of 20~60 immune curve for the consistent.3.Select the first 25 No CSFV's antibody of healthy pigs,which vaccine(RID> 15 000)10 immune 1 copies of the first classical swine fever activity,also 10 immune 10 copies of the first classical swine fever live vaccine(RID>150 000),and in 7 days before immunization and 7 days after immunization,free after 14 days,21 days after immunization,free after 28 days and 35 days after immunization and 72 days after immunization,the detection of the swine fever antibody level and compare immunized with two doses of antibody differences.The experiment resulted in the discovery of immune 1 head(15 000 RID)of the CSFV antibody in 14 days began to have positive,the positive rate was 30%,blocking mean 0.34;immune first 10 copies(150 000 RID)in 14 days of classical swine fever antibody positive rate reached 100%,blocking mean 0.57,significantly higher than that of immune 1 copies of the first group.Show that immune 10 copies of the first 150 000 RID to rapid production of classical swine fever antibody,but peak value of antibody and immune head 1 copies(15 000 RID)there was no significant difference between the.4.Select the field of Hunan PRRS disease,the detection of the field at the age of 20 days and 40 days of age,at the age of 60 days and 90 days of age of classical swine fever antibody in blocking ELISA block value,discovered that the swine fever antibody blocking blocking ELISA values at 90 days of age with the same 20~60 immune method farms exist significant difference(P < 0.05),the positive rate of 90 day old classical swine fever antibody level low,only 50%.That blue ear disease level of swine fever antibody and normal field differences,PRRS disease occurrence will lead to big pig plague antibody levels decreased and failure of immunization.5.Conclusion: when pig farms swine fever maternal antibody high suggested by 35~70 days old immune method to classical swine fever vaccine;when the low maternal antibody suggested to immune swine fever vaccine,live with 20~60 days old immune method.Classical swine fever live vaccine doses of hog cholera antibody level has little effect,but in large dose(RID>150 000)on the immune to quickly produce antibodies.When the pig PRRS disease,swine fever antibody level of pigs after 90 days significantly affected.
