Ili area is the largest sugar beet planting area in Xinjiang area,stable at about 300000 mu of cultivated area,accounting for one third of the total cultivated area of Xinjiang.Sugar beet planting has become the Ili region rural economic development,increasing farmers' income is one of the main economic crops.Fertilizer and fertilizer proportion in sugar beet production under certainty is based on the perennial plant production experience,there is a fertilizer inputs of randomness,fertilization is unreasonable,the way of fertilizer utilization ratio is low,although the Ili region in sugar beet production has appeared high yield field,but high reproducibility is poor,cannot achieve high and stable yield large area,result in farmers' income to reduce,declining quality of sugar beet.In view of this,the paper from the Angle of the Ili region beet fertilizer utilization,set the NPK 3 factors 4 levels test,according to the production,to simulate the effect of NPK fertilizer to seek suitable beet appropriate proportion of fertilizer in Ili region,in order to further improve the Ili region of sugar beet yield and fertilizer use efficiency to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance.The results showed as below:1.During the seeding stage,the beet plant growth rate was relative slow totally and the leaves growth was the major content of aboveground growth.60 days after sprout,the dry matter increasing rate of leaves was up to the highest,1438.7mg/?d·plant?;6090 days after sprout,the dry matter increasing rate of beet roots was exceed the leaves' and the highest increasing rate of dry matter accumulation was 4408.89mg/?d·plant?at the day after sprout 90 days.2.The utilization rate of N fertilizer was 55.25%,P fertilizer was 13.0% and K fertilizer was 34.1%.In N fertilizer blank test which the relative yield of beet was 73.73%;when P blank,the relative yield of beet was 86.19% and the K blank could induce the beet relative yield 93.93%.In the examination field,inputs N fertilizer could increase beet yield significantly and inputs PK fertilizer could increase beet yield relatively.3.The relationship of beet yields with NPK fertilizer inputs was simulated out into a ternary quadratic formula,through the variance test;the F value was reached to significant level.The formula is y= 3319.3237+ 297.9749N-8.4297P-8.8602K-6.9405N2-2.6289P2-1.1598K2-3.0601NP-2.9875NK+ 10.1005PK;through the formula we could calculated out that when the real fertilizer inputs were N=250.23 kg·hm-2,P2O5=138.15kg·hm-2,K2O=165.73kg·hm-2,these three fertilizer elements ration was 1: 0.55: 0.66,the beet could output the best suitable yield,87.38t·hm-2.4.NPK fertilizer inputs showed a acceleration effects to beet yields.The rate of yield growth of N fertilizer was 55.42% The rate of contribution of N fertilizer was 35.65%,per kilogram N fertilizer could induce 177.9 kg beet yield: The rate of yield growth of P fertilizer was 13.69%,the rate of contribution of P fertilizer was 12.04%,per kilogram P fertilizer could induce 90.13 kg beet yield: The rate of yield growth of K fertilizer was 11.74%,the rate of contribution of P fertilizer was 10.5%,per kilogram P fertilizer could induce 54.68 kg beet yield.The limit factor in beet yield growth was N>P>K.
