Skin ulceration syndrome with the characteristics of high mortality and high infection rate,is considered one of the biggest culprits to harm the sea cucumber aquaculture.At present,mainly rely on traditional chemical drugs and antibiotics to prevent the disease,but the abuse of these drugs,not only led to the emergence of drug-resistant strains,and a large number of drug residues will also affect the ecological balance,and even endanger human's health.Egg yolk antibody(IgY)has no toxic and side effects,no drug residues,will not produce drug resistance,and has the advantages of physical and chemical properties,the development prospects of profile,has been widely made related products for animal disease prevention and treatment.Most of the IgY preparations are freeze-dried or flaky,paste-like preparations,but the freeze-dried powder and flake,paste preparation preparation process is quite complex,resulting in high cost;and one of the IgY ingredients in the preparation of the purification process has a large loss and waste phenomenon.In order to solve this problem,this study seriously considered the current egg yolk antibody purification process problems,from the cost savings and simplify the production process point of view,by selecting the appropriate natural carrier,directly with the specific egg yolk antibody Combined with natural carrier,made of related products.This will not only solve the problem of IgY loss and waste,and the preparation process is greatly simplified,the production cost is greatly reduced.In this study,three kinds of plant carrier,such as corncob powder,rice hull powder and peanut hull powder,were preliminarily studied by comparing the physical and chemical properties of several carriers,such as microstructure,water absorption and drying rate.Then,the conditions of the carrier were optimized,and the carrier was added to the specific egg yolk antibody feed,and the product index was tested.In the animal experiment,the effects of several products on the survival rate and the weight gain rate were studied.The results showed that the survival rate and the weight gain rate were significantly improved after feeding the specific IgY feed additive.The results of flow cytometry showed that the activity of phagocytic cells was significantly enhanced after feeding the specific IgY feed additive,and the above results were also confirmed by confocal microscopy.The results showed that the activity of SOD and NOS in the body fluid of Salvia miltiorrhiza was significantly increased after the addition of specific IgY feed additive,and the relative change of digestive enzyme(LPS,AMS,Pepsin),indicating that specific IgY feed additives can significantly enhance the sea cucumber immunity,but its digestive enzyme effect is relatively small.Through comprehensive comparison,this paper argues that the specific yolk antibody feed additive made from corncob lot carrier is the most effective,and its shelf life test is carried out,and it can be found to have good effect in 300 days or even longer.In this paper,corncob powder was selected as the carrier by comprehensive comparison,and a special egg yolk antibody feed additive was prepared.The animal experiment and the related index were used to determine the product to achieve the expected target.It has been proved that this method makes the production process of IgY related products greatly simplified and the production cost is greatly reduced,which has great significance to the large-scale popularization and application of yolk antibody preparations.
