It is important to study the mechanism of carbon fixation and the potential of soil, and to provide a theory for the development of alpine soil environment-friendly fertilizers. In this study, the cultivated albic soil with different organic matter content in the eastern part of Jilin Province was used as the tested soil.Through the in-lab experiment and the adsorption experiment, the effects of the top soil and the parent material soil on the transformation of carbon and humus Effects of Adsorption Immobilization Performance and maize straw on soil aggregate composition and organic carbon distribution in top soil and parent material soil. The summary of the findings is as follows.First,Content of clay in the texted Albic soilgranulated was between 28.25% and 38.37%,the soil texture was soil clay, the pH range was between 4.56-4.82,the acidity was strong, and the change of cation exchange capacity was 15.38-17.46 c mol / kg.The clay content in the soil layer was between 45.13%,the soil clay was the main clay, the pH was 6.44,and the cation exchange capacity was 18.88 cmol / kg.The clay mineral composition of the tested soil was mainly composed of vermiculite,Demineralized stone and illite 2: 1 type and a small amount of 1: 1 type kaolinite and other clay minerals. The compositional composition of the soil clay in the selective dissolution analysis is quite high. The composition of the aggregates is dominated by 2-0.25 mm and <0.25 mm.The above composition and physical and chemical properties of soil organic carbon fixation laid a rich material basis.Second, contents of total organic carbon, recombinant organic carbon and the amount of recombinant organic carbon increased with the increase of straw addition after adding corn stover.Compared with the tillage layer, the increment and increment of organic carbon in the parent layer were higher than those in the plow layer. With the increase of organic carbon content in the original soil, the rate of reorganization of organic carbon increased, and the recombination accounted for the ratio of total soil and the organic compound(DC).Third, the soil to add corn stalks, the composition of the agglomeration has undergone significant changes. With the increase of the amount of straw, the content of aggregates in the soil with 2 ~ 1 mm increased gradually, with the increase of 1 ~ 0.25 mm and the decrease of 0.25 ~ 0.106 mm,<0.106 mm agglomerates The overall trend of content is decreasing. In the plow layer, when the amount of straw was 5%,the content of> 2 mm agglomerate was the highest. In the soil layer of the parent layer, when the amount of straw was 10%,the content of> 2 mm agglomerate was the highest.Fourth, adding corn stalks can significantly improve the organic carbon content in soil aggregates. When the amount of straw was 10%,the organic carbon content of> 2 mm agglomerates was the highest. The organic carbon content of the aggregates with the highest amount of the aggregates in the soil with the amount of straw was 10% when the amount of straw was 10%,and the soil organic carbon in the lower and middle organic carbon soil increased with the addition of straw. The organic carbon content gradually increased. The organic carbon content of 1 ~ 0.25 mm,0.25 ~ 0.106 mm and <0.106 mm agglomerates of all soils increased with the increase of straw addition.Fifth, the adsorption of humic acid showed that the adsorption of parent material and low organic carbon soil reached equilibrium at 60 min.The adsorption of medium and high organic carbon soil at 120 min was balanced, and the r2 value was fitted with Elovich equation.the best.In the isothermal adsorption experiment,Langmuir equation,Freundlich equation and Temkin equation can be used to fit the adsorption isotherm of humic acid in Albic soil. The maximum adsorption capacity of Langmuir was 65.188 mg/g,56.557 mg/g,63.386 mg/g and 55.188 mg/ g,respectively. The adsorption capacity of humic acid under the same conditions of different soils was as follows: clay> remove organic matter soil> original soil> power granule.
