People mainly obtain agricultural information through artificial measurement in the traditional agriculture.It not only caused a waste of labor and material resource,nor detect food safety problems such as pesticide residue.So it is necessary to establish a traceability system for agricultural environmental monitoring.This thesis considers the management of tea garden and production traceability problem which comes from the agricultural production management field,agricultural environmental monitoring traceability System based on internet of things is proposed in this paper.It not only can accurately access the relevant information of agriculture,improve the level of agricultural management,but also to establish a system of agricultural product safety traceability,enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products.Based on the research of Mountain Wuyi agricultural base,taking tea garden as an example,the design of the tea garden environment monitoring traceability system based on multi source heterogeneous sensor network is proposed.It not only can accurately access the relevant information of agriculture,improve the level of agricultural management,but also to establish a system of agricultural product safety traceability,enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products.Based on the research of ZigBee sensor network and embedded technology,this paper determines the function of different modules of the tea garden environment monitoring traceability system,and puts forward the overall scheme of the system.System is divided into two parts: circuit hardware design and software programming design.The hardware circuit design using TI's CC2530 chip to build data acquisition front-end,which has the advantages of low power consumption,low cost,can meet the needs of the acquisition of the node;using HUAWEI's Hi3515 chip to build data gateway,which has the advantages of high transmission speed,video processing ability,can meet the needs of the real-time data transmission and video treatment.The software design mainly includes four parts: data acquisition front-end,data gateway,system server and client.By comparing the characteristics of data fusion algorithm,we choose the algorithm which is most suitable for the system.Based on the analysis of ZigBee protocol stack and networking process,data acquisition front-end has accomplished the software design of various types of equipment and achieved environmental parameters collecting automatically.The data gateway and server program design mainly include communication interface,database,data transceiver and data processing module design,which realizes the data storage and query.The client program design including user management,data query display,environmental parameter analysis.Finally,the actual application of the system in Mountain Wuyi tea garden shows that the whole system has the normal parameters of the tea garden environment,the image and video collection.User can view the whole production of agricultural products.This system can meet the need of agricultural management and production traceability,and have some practical value.
