In this paper, using rice seeds Wuyujing No.7 as materials. The study was carried from the effects of Cd on rice growth, antioxidant enzyme activity, cell membrane damage, and the Cd accumulation and mineral and mineral nutrient concentration after Cd stress,in order to provide some theoretical. The results showed as follows:1 100 ?mol/L Cd treatment significantly inhibited the plant height and biomass accumulation of rice seedlings, decreased CAT,APX,SOD activities and the content of soluble protein, increased POD activity, resulting in the accumulation of MDA and proline.Exogenous H2O2 treatment could relieve the toxic effect of Cd on the growth of rice seedlings in different degrees, and the best treatment with 10 ?mol/ L H2O2 concentration.2 Cd treatment reduced the chlorophyll content in rice leaves, and inhibited the activity of root vigor, and increased the contents of cell pectin and hemicellulose.H2O2 treatment can effectively alleviate the inhibition of Cd on rice growth, increase root activity and chlorophyll content, and increase the cell pectin and hemicellulose content, but the addition of H2O2 scavenger DMTU to H2O2 mitigation effect disappears, and even further increase the Cd The inhibition of rice seedling growth.3 H2O2 treatment increased the activity of CAT,APX,SOD and NOS,the content of proline, soluble protein,GSH and NO in rice seedlings under Cd stress, but the POD activity, superoxide anion production rate,H2O2 content,GSSG,NPT and PC content decreased. The DMTU treatment to H2O2 role disappeared, and also weight gain Cd poisoning.4 Ca,Mn,Mg,Cu and Zn contents in leaves, stems and roots of rice seedlings were significantly decreased by Cd treatment, and Cd content in rice seedlings increased significantly, especially in roots.H2O2 treatment can significantly reduce the accumulation of Cd in leaves, stems and roots of rice seedlings. In addition,H2O2 treatment could increase the contents of Ca,Mn,Mg,Fe,Cu and Zn in leaves, stems and roots of rice seedlings under Cd stress. The addition of H2O2 scavenger DMTU further increased the effects of Cd,Especially in the roots of Cd content.
