Study Of The Technology In The Enclosed Inorganic Substrate Circulation Trough Of Cucumber

Closed system of nutrient solution is used in protected cultivation in China and all over the world.In order to determine the nutrient solution and nutrient requirements of cucumber in the liquid system of enclosed inorganic substrate circulation trough,using cucumber"zhongnong 26"as test materials,quadratic orthogonal regressive rotation design with five factors was optimized simulation the nutrient elements of solution dosage is calcium nitrate tetrahydrate,potassium nitrate,magnesium sulfate heptahydrate,ammonium sulfate and phosphoric acid.On this basis,and interactive experimental design was conducted,In this experiment,a total of fifteen treatments including five diffeent irrigation amount?nutrient solution per plant every day were2L?A₂??3L?A₃??4L?A₄??5L?A₅??6L?A₆??and three different irrigation frequency treatment?seven time a day?B₇??eight time a day?B₈??nine time a day?B₉??.The present study is aiming to select the different supply and fluid volume on the growth and development for cucumber,and provided of the reasonable demand for water and the utilization water use efficiency.Plant growth index,physiological index,fruit yield,fruit quality,water use efficiency,biomass and botany characters were evaluated.The results can be summarized as follows:1.Dosage of comprehensive consideration of five factors influence on each index of cucumber,remove not significant in various combination of item,select each factor in the maximum frequency of the target function,it is concluded that the highest frequency combination scheme:x₁=0,x₂=1,x₃=0,x₄=0,x₅=1;The results showed that the cucumber strong growth and highest yield when the dosage of calcium nitrate tetrahydrate is 800mg/L,potassium nitrate is 750mg/L,magnesium sulfate heptahydrate is 480mg/L,ammonium sulfate is 65mg/L,phosphoric acid is 0.275ml/L.2.With increasing irrigation amount,the fluid volume for A₃ and A₅ treatments cucumber growth better than other,the A₅ treatments fruit sugar acid and the yield content of other treatments was significantly higher,in 29 days,the A₃B₉ treatments in plant height,stem diameter and water use efficiency is significantly higher than others,Finnally the A₅B₉ treatments plant height is 479.3cm,was higher than A₄B_9,A₆B₉treatments?50.8%and 6.2%?,A₅B₉ treatments fruit sugar acid content is 22%and yield is 2.1 kg;the water use efficiency,fruit number per plant and the first female flowers festival of B₉ treatments is better than that of B₇ and B₈ treatments,A₅B₉ treatments plant the fruit number per plant and first female flowers festival a minimum than A₅B₇,A₅B₈ treatments higher?37.4%and 42.3%?.Integrated comprehensive evaluation of all indicators,inorganic substrate groove best for liquid culture system of cucumber growth and development.seedling period irrigation amount 3L and irrigation frequency 9 times,the irrigation amount 5L and irrigation frequency 9 times when the Fruit-bearing stage.
