In order to reveal influence of soil bacteria inoculation in spray seeding on the growth of Amorpha fruticose,and select better configuration mode of soil bacteria,to explore the long-term effect of better configuration mode of soil bacteria on physiological indexes of Amorpha fruticose.The research took the Amorpha fruticose,the common tree species used for mining rehabilitation,as the subject of test.Bacillus thuringiensis(NL-11),gongronella butleri(NL-15)and streptomyces thermophilus(NL-1)were mixed and applied to the greenhouse planting experiment.They were configured into eight modes.The group without soil bacteria is control group,one species of soil bacteria,a mix of two species of soil bacteria,a mix of three species of soil bacteria.They were mixed into spray seeding matrix equally under glasshouse conditions with pot experiment,and the bacteria content of each pot was 60 mL.Compared with aseptic treatment,different soil bacteria configuration affected the growth and physiological indexes of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings.The results were as follows:(1)The application of soil bacteria could promote the growth indexes of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings,such as plant height,ground diameter,leaf area index,total root length,root surface area,root volume,root diameter,root dry weight and root nodule number,etc.The average increment of each index respectively were 73.62%,27.07%,79.48%,44.43%,47.64%,92.75%,25.69%,37.22% and 45.05%.In 7 kinds of soil bacteria configuration mode,the promoting effect of configuration mode of NL1,NL11,NL11+ NL15 and NL15 on growth indexes of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings was significant.(2)The application of soil bacteria could enhance root physiological indexes of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings with different degrees,such as root activity,soluble protein content and the protective enzyme activity of SOD,POD,CAT.The average increment of each index respectively were 39.76%,31.16%,35.46%,25.11% and 64.48%.In 7 kinds of soil bacteria configuration mode,the promoting effect of configuration mode of NL11,NL15 and NL15+NL1 on root physiological indexes of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings was significant.Compared with aseptic treatment,the promoting effect of configuration mode of NL11,NL15 and NL15+NL1 on root activity,soluble protein content and antioxidant enzyme activity of Amorpha fruticosa was enhanced a year after planting.Better configuration mode of soil bacteria had a long-term effect on root physiological indexes.(3)The application of soil bacteria could increase plant soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of seedlings with different degrees,the average increment of each index respectively were 23.79% and 40.23%.In 7 kinds of soil bacteria configuration mode,the promoting effect of configuration mode of NL11,NL1 and NL11+NL15+NL1 on plant osmotic adjustment substance of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings was significant.Compared with aseptic treatment,the promoting effect of configuration mode of NL11,NL1 and NL11+NL15+NL1 on plant soluble sugar content of Amorpha fruticosa increased with the increase of time.Better configuration mode of soil bacteria had a long-term effect on plant soluble sugar content.Compared with aseptic treatment,the promoting effect of configuration mode of NL11,NL1 and NL11+NL15+NL1 on plant soluble protein content of Amorpha fruticosa decreased with the increase of time,but the contents of configuration mode of NL11,NL1 and NL11+NL15+NL1 was still higher than aseptic treatment.(4)The application of soil bacteria could increase plant protective enzyme activity of SOD,POD,CAT of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings with different degrees,the average increment of each index respectively were 41.05%,23.96 and 91.38%.In 7 kinds of soil bacteria configuration mode,the promoting effect of configuration mode of NL11,NL1 and NL11+NL15 on plant antioxidant enzyme activity of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings was significant.Compared with aseptic treatment,configuration mode of NL11,NL1 and NL11+NL15 had a long-term effect on antioxidant enzyme activity of Amorpha fruticose.(5)Through soil bacteria treatment,the synthesis of various seedlings of photosynthetic pigment contents increased obviously,increaseing the stomatal conductance,net photosynthetic rate,water use efficiency and transpiration rate.The average increment of each index respectively were 56.44%,106.30%,71.34% and 38.07%.The application of soil bacteria could also increase the openness of PSII reaction center,and promote the efficiency of photosynthetic electron transport,strengthen the PSII light energy conversion efficiency.In 7 kinds of soil bacteria configuration mode,the promoting effect of configuration mode of NL11,NL11+NL15 and NL11+NL15+NL1 on photosynthetic system of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings was significant.Compared with aseptic treatment,the promoting effect of configuration mode of NL11,NL11+NL15 and NL11+NL15+NL1 on photosynthetic pigments of Amorpha fruticosa decreased with the increase of time,but compared with 3 months after sowing,the photosynthetic pigment content increased significantly in the half year and one year after sowing.Compared with aseptic treatment,the promoting effect of configuration mode of NL11,NL11+NL15 and NL11+NL15+NL1 on photosynthetic gas exchange parameters of Amorpha fruticosa increased with the increase of time.Better configuration mode of soil bacteria had a long-term effect on photosynthetic gas exchange parameters of Amorpha fruticose.
