The Molecular Epidemiology Subject On Main Prevention Swine Diseases In Guangxi Province In 2011-2012

Guangxi was the primary breeding of swine province in China.As the rapid development of breeding in Guangxi,the controling on swine disease had become the most important point which had a strong influence on the development of breeding.PRRS,CSF and PCV-2,the main prevention swine disease which endangered the breeding,could destroy the swine immune system,and cause other disease.The subject aimed to find out the situation of epidemic and mixture infection of the main prevention disease,which could offer technical information to plan out the controling of swine disease.810 samples collected from 10 cities in Guangxi in 2011-2012 was detected.The results showed that the overall situation of infection of main prevention disease was stable with a slight decline,CSF was atypical and high risk of prevalence.PCV-2 became the primary pathogeny in infected swine,and existed in all areas of Guangxi.The double mixture infection was the mode of PRRS,CSF and PCV-2.The mode of CSF+PCV-2 was the of mixture infection in Guangxi.It was the first time to find out the existed of EU-PRRSV in Guangxi.It was the first time to isolate 4 EU-PRRSV strains,which were named GXLC-2011,GXBL-2012,GXNN-2012,GXGG-2012.The genomic nucleotide sequence and cladogram homology showed that,GXLC-2011 and GXGG-2012 were attenuated vaccine strains,GXBL-2012 needed to further research to confirm type,GXNN-2012 was deduced to a wild strain.
