For solving the problems of the excessive chemical fertilizers application,the seriously pollution of livestock and poultry excrement,the continuous decline of soil quality,the pollution of straw combustion and other environmental issues in the typical fluvo-aquic soil regions in the North China Plain,this research studied the effects of three fertilizer measures,the combined application of inorganic fertilizer and straw returning,inorganic fertilizer and organic fertilizer combined applied with straw and inorganic fertilizers and bio-fertilizers combined applied with straw returning on the wheat nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient uptake,wheat yield and soil nutrient uptake conditions.Thus provide data support for selecting a reasonable amount of straw returning and high efficient fertilization scheme in double cropping dry land,and achieve the aim of improving the soil fertility and increasing wheat yield.The main research results are as follows:(1)When the inorganic fertilizer was combined applied with the straw returning,the content of nitrogen in the wheat stem,leave,and sheath was increased with the raise of nitrogen application rate.The phosphorus content of wheat grain declined with the increase of nitrogen application rate.The content of nitrogen in the wheat leaves increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.The nitrogen content of wheat grain was higher when full straw returning.The content of phosphorus in the stem,leave,sheath of wheat firstly decreased and then increased,and the phosphorus content under no straw returning treatment was higher than full straw returning.Compare with no straw returning,the yield per unit area of wheat reduced under full straw returning.The soil organic matter increased with the raise of straw returning rate.The content of soil available phosphorus was the highest when no nitrogen fertilizer was applied combined with 40%straw returning.(2)When the inorganic fertilizer and organic manure was combined with straw return,the nitrogen content of wheat grain significantly increased with the escalation of nitrogen application rate and straw returning rate.The nitrogen content of stem,leaf and sheath of wheat increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.The content of phosphorus increased with the enhancement of the application of nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer,and the content is higher under full straw returning condition.The content of phosphorus in stem,leaf and sheath of wheat was decreased with the raise of nitrogen fertilizer application.The yield per unit area of wheat decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate,especially in the case of 40%of straw returning,which firstly increase and then decrease.the content of soil organic matter did not increase with the escalation of the application of organic manure.The content of available phosphorus was increased with the raise of inorganic fertilizer application under the condition of no straw returning,the content of available phosphorus had great variation and had no significant regulation after straw returning.(3)When the inorganic fertilizer and bio-fertilizer was combined with the straw returning,the nitrogen content of wheat grain in all the treatments was increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application rate.The content of phosphorus in the wheat grain decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate after straw incorporation,while it was increased under no straw returning,especially combined with 3000 kg/ha and 4500 kg/ha bio-fertilizer application.The wheat yield per unit area decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate,and for some treatments,especially 40%straw return,the trend was increased first and then decreased.The soil organic matter was increased with the raise of the inorganic fertilizer application rate under no straw return condition.After combining with straw,the soil organic matter content was first raised and then fell with the increase of nitrogen application rate.The content of available phosphorus in the soil did not increase with the enhancement of the application of bio-fertilizer.
