"Blomidon" "Northland" and "Bluecrop" blueberry were selected as materials to research the anatomy of blueberry fruit and leaf,the size and density of leaf stoma,and some factors in relation with leaf area,the main results are as follows:?1? "Bluecrop" "Northland" and "Blomidon" blueberry varieties were selected as experimental materials,the leaf anatomical structure and stoma characteristic of three blueberry varieties were observed,in order to make clear the differences of leaf structure and stoma characteristic among different blueberry varieties.The results showed that the leaf anatomical structure of 3 blueberry varieties were different from each other in thickness of cuticle,epidermis cells,palisade tissue and spongy tissue."Bluebcorp" blueberry leaves had the maximum thickness of cuticle,epidemic cells,palisade tissue and spongy tissue,"Norhland" took the second,"Blomidon" was the last,but "Blomidon" blueberry had the largest leaf tissue structure tense ratio?CTR?than "Bluecrop" and "Northland"."Bluecrop" blueberry leaf had biggest stoma,but lowest stoma density,in contrast,"Blomidon" had the smallest stoma,but greatest stoma density.?2?Taking the leaves of "Blomidon" "Northland" and "Bluecrop" blueberry as test materials,the relationship between leaf area?leaf length × leaf width??y?and leaf growth indexes were studied,the growth indexes include leaf length?x1?,leaf width?x2?,leaf weight?x3?were studied.The results showed that length,leaf width,leaf weight,leaf length × leaf width and leaf area of 3 blueberry varieties were positively correlated.A simple regression equation,and fitting equation between leaf area?y?and leaf length?x1?,leaf area?y?and leaf width?x2?,leaf area?y?and leaf weight?x3?,leaf area?y?and leaf length × leaf width were established.After data analysis,the correlation coefficient and multiple correlation coefficients were at very significant level,thus the leaf area regression equation can be used to estimate blueberry leaf area.
