Maize is one of the most important staple crops in the world.Salt stress is an important non-biological stress in maize production. It has abundant salt tolerance in maize germplasm resources. It is important to study the salt tolerance mechanism and genetic improvement of maize by excavating excellent salt tolerance genes in salt-tolerant germplasm resources. In this study,368 maize inbred lines were used as the research materials to identify the salt tolerance at seedling stage. The maize salt tolerance gene was extracted by GWAS,and the maize ZmCIPK gene family was analyzed. The main results were as follows:Through the identification of STL,SHR,SFWR and SDWR of 368 maize inbred lines,it was found that the tolerance to salt was different between different lines.A total of 269 inbred lines were analyzed, and 25 salt-tolerant inbred lines such as DAN3130,150,CML298,SY3073 and GEMS46were identified.B111,BY4839,CIMBL142,CML426 and HZS were 25 inbred lines.A total of 145 significant loci and 75 genes were detected in maize genomes by GWAS.In these significant loci, chromosome 10 detected the most sites, followed by chromosome 6,chromosome 9detected the least significant sites. The gene14,which is located on chromosome 3,has the strongest correlation signal?p=5.12E-07?and is correlated with SHR and SDWR.This is an unknown gene in the maize database. The gene1 located on chromosome 4 has the most significant loci, which encodes a C3HC4 type zinc finger protein. The ZmCIPK gene family of maize was analyzed by GWAS.The results showed that there were 14significant loci of ZmCIPK gene family in the MLM and GLM statistical models p<0.05.The most significant loci were detected in the ZmCIPK29 gene region, and there were four significant loci,ZmCIPK4,ZmCIPK1 and Zm CIPK12 gene regions were detected in three significant sites.ZmCIPK18,ZmCIPK24-1,ZmCIPK12 gene regions detected a significant locus in the MLM model p<0.01.
