The yield of rice straw was 7×108 t/a,and the mushroom residue was 1.8×106 t/a in China.In order to avoid the pollution of people's living environment,the treatments of reduction,resource utilization and harmless were needed.The common means of treatments are sanitary landfill,incineration,composting and biogas utilization.Biogas utilization is the key measure and a hot research direction.In this paper,rice straw and enoki mushroom residue were selected as the research materials,the effect of steam explosion/calcium oxide pretreatment on biogas potential of rice straw/enoki mushroom residue were researched,and based on the existing experimental conditions and experimental equipment,pilot experiments were conducted on the biogas production of rice straw/enoki mushroom residue,at the same time.The co-pretreatment of steam explosion/calcium oxide was an innovative way of pretreatment.The main results are as follows:?1?In experiment of effect of co-pretreatment of steam explosion&CaO on rice straw,the results showed that group of co-pretreatment that compared with other pretreatment groups is the most serious damage to the structure of rice straw,and the most significant removal effect of lignin.In experiment of enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose,the results showed that that group of co-pretreatment that compared with other pretreatment groups is the most obviously increased in the yield of glucose and xylose.In experiment of anaerobic digestion of Co-pretreatment rice straw has obviously effect on improving methane production potential.?2?In pilot scale experiment of anaerobic dry fermentation of rice straw,the equipments of inoculation,blending and fermentation were running well and stable.In the condition of 35?,the maximum gas production rate of volume was 2.5 m3·m-3,and in the 45th day,gas production rate of material was 3.05 m3·kg-1 TS.?3?In experiment of effect of co-pretreatment of steam explosion&CaO on enoki mushroom residue anaerobic digestion,the results showed that co-pretreatment has obviously effect on improving methane production potential of enoki mushroom residue.The more seriously co-pretreatment condition was,the more helpful to increase hydrolysis rate and gas yield was.?4?In pilot scale experiment of anaerobic fermentation of enoki mushroom residue,the equipments of blending and fermentation were running well and stable.After enoki mushroom residue was pretreated by CaO,daily average gas production achieved 73.5m3,the gas production rate of volume was 0.49m3·m-3·d-1.The content of heavy matel was lower than the requirement of relevant technical standards.The results of pathogenic microorganism showed that anaerobic digestion had obviously effect on killing ascaris eggs and salmonella.
