Cucumber is the most important vegetable crops in solar greenhouse cultivation in China which have the problems of low yield per unit area,low fertilizer utilization rate,temperature and light stress at present.Sodium naphthalene acetate(SNA)and Polyaspartic acid(PSAP)are two environmental friendly and easy decomposition of the plant growth regulator which can improve the stress resistance,promote the absorption of mineral elements and increase the yield.With cucumber "Zhongnong No.26" as the experimental materials,Sturdying the root application of different lever of SNA and PASP effect on the cucumber plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,fresh and dry weight,leaf chlorophyll contents,leaf photosynthesis rate,root activity,total yield,plant content of N,P and K,soil available N,P,K content and other indicators.The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical and technical basis of enhancing the resistance,improving growth,yield,plant mineral elements concents and saving labor combined with the water and fertilizer.The main results are as follows:1:Effect of root application sodium naphthalene acetate on growth,physiological characteristics and yield of spring cucumber in solar greenhouse.Compared with the control(CK),the treatment of 6 mg per plant of sodium naphthalene significantly accelerate the cucumber growth rate,matter accumulation,increased number of leaves,chlorophyll contents,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),root activity,fruit VC contents and yield compared with the control.The dry weight and fresh weight of whole plant increased by 14.95% and 12.90% compared with the control respectively.The yield per plant,number of fruit per plant and total yield were significantly increased by 22.37%,32.36% and 22.13% compared with the control respectively.The treatment of 6 mg per plant is best of spring cucumber in solar greenhouse2: Effect of root application polyaspartic acid on growth,physiological characteristics and yield of autumn and winter cucumber in greenhouseCompared with the control(CK),the treatment of 60 mg per plant significantly accelerated the cucumber growth rate,matter accumulation,increased number of leaves,chlorophyll contents,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),root activity,fruit VC contents and soluble protein content significantly,improved the yield and the content of plant N,P,K mineral elements,increased the content of soil available N,P,K.The dry weight and fresh weight of whole plant were increased by 11.16% and 16.24% compared with the control(CK)respectively.The yield per plant,number of fruit per plant and total yield were significantly increased by 17.85%,20.92 and17.85%.The content of plant N,P,K mineral elements were increased by 30.29%,33.00% and 36.39% compared with the control(CK)respectively.Soil available N,P,K content were increased by 20.91%,31.65% and 35.87%.The treatment of 60 mg per plant is best of autumn and winter cucumber in solar greenhouse...
