Purpose:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects and mechanism of Micro-Coating Slow-Releasing Compound Trace Mineral on broilers,to explore a suitable addition amount of Micro-Coating Slow-Releasing Compound Trace Mineral for 1 to 70-day-old broilers. This study may provide basis for the application of micro-coating slow-releasing compound trace mineral on broilers.Method:A total of 375 male one-day-old yellow chicks were randomly allotted to 5 treatments,5 replicates per treatment,15 chicks per replicate.Control group was fed the basal diet, and trace mineral was added according to china's agricultural industry reference standard broiler(NY/T33-2004)add conventional trace mineral, respectively Cu 8 mg/kg,Fe 80 mg/kg,Mn 80 mg/kg,Zn 60 mg/kg,Se 0.35 mg/kg,I 0.28 mg/kg.The other four treatments(group ?,?,?,?)were added with 200 mg/kg,300 mg/kg,400 mg/kg,500 mg/kg Micro-Coating Slow-Releasing Compound Trace Mineral to replace conventional trace mineral in the basal diet. This experiment last for 70days and were divided into two stages:1 to 28 days for the first phase,29 to 70 days for the second phase.Growth and slaughter performance, serum biochemical index, antioxidant function, immune organ index, duodenal digestive enzyme activity, trace mineral content of in blood, liver, tibia, feces and intestinal morphology in the five groups were compared and analysed.Results:1 Growth and slaughter performanceOn days 1 to 28,the average daily feed intake(ADFI),average daily gain(ADG),finial body weight(FBW)and survival rate were not significant different among groups(P>0.05).Group ? significantly increased the feed/gain ratio(F/G)compared with control group(P<0.05).On days 1 to 70,the ADFI,F/G and survival rate were not significant different among groups(P>0.05).The ADG of Group ?was remarkable higher than group ?(P<0.01),control group(P<0.05)and group ?(P<0.05).Group IV significantly higher than control group, group ? was significantly higher than group ?(P<0.05).4 Trace mineral content in the bloodOn 28th day, copper content was not significant diversity among groups(P>0.05).Iron content of group ? was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, group ?(P<0.01)and group ?(P<0.05)notably increased zinc content. On 70th day, group ? iron content was significantly higher than group ?(P<0.05).5 Crude ash and trace mineral content in the liverOn 70th day,the crude ash of the control group, group ?,?(P<0.05)and group ?(P<0.01)were significantly higher than group ?.Copper and zinc content was not significant different among groups(P>0.05).Manganese content of group ?(P<0.01)and group ?,?,?(P<0.05)were significantly lower than the control group.Zinc content of group ? was significantly lower than group ?(P<0.05).6 Fecal crude ash, nitrogen content and trace mineral content(1)Fecal crude ash, nitrogen content:On 28th day,the fecal crude ash of group?(P<0.01)and control group, group ?(P<0.05)were significantly lower than group?.The content of nitrogen was not significant different among groups(P>0.05).On 70th day,the fecal crude ash of group ?(P<0.01),group ?(P<0.05)were V significantly higher than group ?,?.The nitrogen content of group ?,?(P<0.05)and group ?(P<0.01)were significantly lower than the control group.(2)Trace mineral content in the fecal:On 28th day,the copper content of group ?,?(P<0.01)and group ?(P<0.05)were significantly lower than the control group. The iron content of group ?,?(P<0.01)and group ?,?(P<0.05)were significantly lower than the control group.Manganese content in each group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The zinc content of group ?,?(P<0.01)were significantly lower than the control group and group ?.The zinc content of group ?(P<0.01)were significantly higher than the control group, group ?.On 70th day,the copper content of group ?,?,?(P<0.01)were significantly lower than the control group. The iron content of group ?,?,?(P<0.01)and group ?(P<0.05)were significantly lower than the control group.Manganese content in each group were sipgnificantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The zinc content of group ?,?(P<0.01)were significantly lower than the control group,III.The zinc content of group ?(P<0.01)were significantly higher than the control group, group ?.7 Trace element content in the tibiaOn 28th day,the copper content of group III(P<0.05)was significantly lower than the control group. The iron content of group I(P<0.05)was significantly lower than the control group.Manganese content in each group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The zinc content in each group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).On 70th day,the copper content in each group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The manganese content of group ?.?(P<0.01)were significantly lower than the control group.8 Immune organ indexOn 70th day, comparing with the control group, group ?,?(P<0.01)and group?(P<0.05)remarkable improved thymus index.9 Digestive enzyme activity of duodenumOn 70th day,the trypsin activities of group ? were significantly higher than the control group, group ?,?(P<0.05)and group ?(P<0.01).10 The intestinal morphologyOn 28th day, comparing with the control group, group ? significantly shallowing the duodenal crypt depth(P<0.05),and significantly increased the V/C value in duodenum(P<0.05).Group ?,? ileum villus height was significantly higher than group ?(P<0.05).The villus height of jejunum was not significant diversity among groups(P>0.05).On 70th day,the duodenal crypt depth in each group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The V/C value of duodenal in group ?,?,? were significantly higher than the control group and group ?(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 The Micro-Coating Slow-Releasing Compound Trace Mineral added in yellow broilers can improve the average daily gain of broilers, increased the feed/gain ratio(F/G)of 29 to 70days,and finial body weight(FBW),reduce the fecal content of trace mineral and optimizate the intestinal morphology. Thus,it can promote the growth and development of yellow broilers.2 The suitable dosage of Micro-Coating Slow-Releasing Compound Trace Mineral added to the diet of yellow broilers is 400 mg/kg.
