Food safety is related to the life and health of human beings.Animal origin foods,such as meat,eggs,milk and so on,provide necessary nutrients for people.Their safety has been of the concern of people.The determination methods of pesticides in feeds that are the source of animal origin foods were studied in this reasearch.The established methods were efficient and environmental friendly,they made up for the disadvantages of the present detection methods of pesticide residues in feeds,such as less pesticides species,lower sensitivity,etc.Chapter 1:This chapter introduced the research background,the topic significance,the categories and properties of pesticide residues,present research situations and research contents.Chapter 2:A MAE-SPE-GC-ECD method to determine 14 organochlorine pesticide residues in animal feeds was developed.Through microwave-assisted extraction and solid phase cleasing,samples were separated and detected by VF-1701 Pesticides capillary column and electron capture detector.The limits of detection(LODs)of the method ranged from 0.5 to 3.0 μg/kg,the average recoveries were between 72.34%and 118.32%.Chapter 3:Samples were separated and detected using DB-1701 capillary column and nitrogen and phosphorus detector.A GC-NPD method was investigated to determine 12 organophosphorus pesticide residues in animal feeds.The LODs of the method were in the range of 2.0-3.0 μg/kg,the average recoveries ranged from 70.23%to 108.92%.Chapter 4:Samples were separated and detected by DB-5MS capillary column and mass spectrometry.A determination method was developed for separation and detection 11 pyrethroid pesticide residues in feeds within 19 minutes using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.The average recoveries of the method ranged from 82.82%to 118.54%,the LODs were in the range of 0.03-1.5 μg/kg.Chapter 5:A method for determination 25 pesticide residues,including organochlorine,organophosphorus and pyrethroid in feeds was investigated by microwave-assisted extraction,solid phase extraction and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(MAE-SPE-GC/MS).Animal feed samples were separated and detected by DB-5MS capillary column and MS after sample-preprocessing.The LODs of the method ranged from 0.060 to 0.60 μg/kg,the average recoveries were between 73.98%and 110.00%.
