Rape is an important oil crop in China,about 60 percent of the edible oil takes the rapeseed as raw material.For a long time,traditional manual sowing and manual transplanting is the commonly used means of planting rape.In recent years,a number of semi automated rape planting machinery begin to appear on the market.But most of the work efficiency and work quality of rape transplanter are not satisfactory,machine performance is poor,The development of rape industry is seriously restricted by the behind mechanization of rape production.Rape seedling transplanting is an important link in the production process of rape,rape transplanting seedlings have the advantages of high yield,stable yield,compensation for climate and land use efficiency compared with the direct seeding Rape Seedling.At present,most of the transplanting methods of seedling transplanting crops mainly rely on artificial and semi automatic transplanter in China.In many developed countries,semi automatic transplanting machine has been popularized,and to the direction of automatic transplanter,the research of transplanting machine in our country is mainly focused on the mechanism of transplanting and planting.In this paper,the transfer mechanism of automatic transplanting machine for rape matrix block seedling was studied.The substrate seedling of rape is different from the existing plug seedling,pot seedling and naked seedling,at the bottom of the substrate,the substrate of the rape seedling was larger,and it could contain more nutrients to provide adequate nutrition support,at the bottom of the matrix after sterilization,elimination of harmful bacteria retain beneficial bacteria,can reduce the maximum degree of rape seedlings erosion of dangerous pathogens pests,matrix block is regular square shape so that the automatic transplanting is possible.In this paper,according to the working principle of rice transplanter,a kind of transfer device suitable for the physical properties of the substrate seedling is designed,and the modal analysis of the double screw driven camshaft is carried out.In this paper,a preliminary study on the cultivation of rapeseed substrate seedlings was carried out,the four most common substrates in the market were used to carry out the experiment,by comparing the quasi-strong seedling index and the leaf area index of the seedlings,optimum proportion of matrix seedling for Peat: vermiculite: Perlite =3:1:1,If you want to ensure the cotyledon growth need to reduce the amount of peat and perlite dosage,and reduce the matrix block when making pressure,appropriate to increase the density of matrix blocks is more suitable for the cultivation of rape seedling of block matrix,the growth period of rape seedlings is about 32 days.In this paper,made a test of cutting the seedling of the rape,the test operation in the universal testing machine,according to the characteristics of the matrix block seedling,the fixture tray and cutter were designed,the test verifies the feasibility of the design of the cutting tool,the parameters of the stress load of the cutting seedling of rape substrate were measured by mechanical instrument,It lays a theoretical foundation for the later design.In this paper,the transplanting of rape substrate seedling in rice sakata was studied,the transplanting experiment was carried out by using the seedling guide tube transplanter to cultivate the good substrate,the guide tube type transplanting machine adopts the method of ditching and covering soil to transplant.The transfer mechanism of transplanting machine mainly includes two aspects: horizontal transfer and vertical transfer,the transfer mechanism is the core component of the transplanter,the transfer mechanism is mainly responsible for the seedling block accurately to the seedling claw to take the position of the seedling,if the transfer mechanism and seedling claw is not good coordination may be stuck,affect the normal operation of the machine.
