Since the study of rice in the 1970 s has focused on the high pole,the problem of lodging has become more and more important.Therefore,how to cultivate new varieties with high yield and resistance is becoming a difficult and hot spot.Rice production can not be separated from the supply of nitrogen,a large number of studies have shown that reasonable nitrogen can significantly improve rice yield and lodging resistance,and nitrogen abuse,not only causes a waste of nitrogen,increased costs,and cause environmental pollution,serious Even causing rice disease and lodging,significantly reducing production.In order to clarify the relationship between yield and lodging of super hybrid rice,and the relationship between yield and lodging of nitrogen,the yield of different hybrid rice with different yield potential at different nitrogen levels was determined,and the inter-node lodging index,Index,stem traits,stem anatomical characteristics.The results are as follows:1.With the increase of nitrogen application level,the yield of five super hybrid rice showed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing.From the actual performance of five super rice,the highest yield was 12 t / hm2 Y Liangyou 2,the highest yield of nitrogen fertilizer level of 210 kg / hm2,the highest yield of 11.26 t / hm2.The yield potential of the Y Liangyou 900 and the Chaoyou 1000 did not show the corresponding yield potential,which may be consistent with the local ecological environment that is not suited to the performance.The results showed that the number of grains per panicle and 1000-grain weight were increased with the increase of nitrogen level.The results showed that the yield of super-hybrid rice with different yield potential was consistent with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer level.Increase after the decrease.2.Under same nitrogen fertilizer level,the single stem lodging resistance index of Chaoyou 1000 was minimal,Y Liangyou 1 maximum;single strain of the nitrogen fertilizers was different with the increase of nitrogen level.Among them,Liangyoupeijiu and Y Liangyou 2 increased with the increase of nitrogen application level,Y Liangyou 1,Y Liangyou 900 and super 1000 were increased and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.3.The single stem lodging index of the five-stage super rice was different in each node.Liangyou Peijiu D3 lodging index minimum and the D1 lodging index was the highest.Y Liangyou 1,Y Liangyou 2,Y Liangyou 900 has a similar law,D2 were the biggest,then D1 and D3,D4 and D5 was smallest,and the lodging index of Y liangyou 900 was less than that of Y Liangyou 1,Y Liangyou 2,Chaoyou 1000 D1,D3,D4,D5 lodging index is similar,D2 lodging index is the largest,and in addition to D3 lodging index is slightly less than Liangyoupeijiu,the other inter-node lodging index are the smallest of the five varieties.The different lodging indices of each plant showed the difference of lodging resistance among the internodes.In the field,the growth pattern of the plants was determined.The different growth patterns determined the absorption and utilization of rice water temperature and water vapor,thus affecting the yield Formation.4.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the lodging index of single plant and the lodging index of each node,and there was a significant negative correlation with the bending resistance of each node.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the plant height and the lodging index of single plant and the lodging index of each single internode,and the center of gravity and spike length were significantly positive.There was a significant positive correlation between D2,D3,D4 and D5 lodging index.The stalk thickness and wall thickness of each internode were significantly and negatively correlated with the lodging index of single plant,while the D5 did not show significant correlation.The anatomical structure of the stems of each internode was more closely related to the lodging index of individual plants.D1,D2,and D3 were significantly or negatively correlated with the single stem lodging index.The area and area of D1 and D2 were significantly or negatively correlated with the single plant lodging index There was no significant correlation between the number of vascular bundles.The area and total area were significantly or significantly negatively correlated with the single plant lodging index,but there is not significantly with the number of vascular bundles.This study found that parenchyma cells are uniform in size,well arranged,wall thickness,and shape rules are beneficial to improve the stalk resistance.
