Monochamus alternatus,a serious and destructive pine sawyer,is the key vector of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus.Trapping technology of monitoring and controlling M.alternatus was scientifically explored.In the release effect at different temperatures three kinds of Monochamus alternatus release agent analysis,sustained-release plastic bottle at20 degrees Celsius,30 degrees Celsius,40 degrees Celsius sustained rate stable,according to the proportion of the active ingredient has been largely volatile,volatile fast in one month it will release the active ingredient is completed.APF-I attractant lasting quality at20 degrees completed sustained release rate of 2 months,40 days at 23 degrees Celsius quality that is released is completed.The active ingredient in accordance with the proportion of volatile basically,but there will be impurities.short-acting attractant 40 degrees Celsius in the 20 days that is the quality of the release is complete,but in 10 days,the active ingredient ?-pinene has been released is completed.These comparative results can be APF-I type attractants reference in the field of application in practice.Field effect of traps with different height,valid time of different attractant,comparison test with different attractants,valid distance of attractants and diffusion of M.alternatus natural population.It was found that field effect of trap at the height of 1.5 m was better than 0 m and 3 m(P < 0.05).Valid time of APF-I attractant was 30 days,but the number captured was gradually reduced after 10-15 days.Field effect of attractant was better than single plant volatile(P < 0.05).The result of trap with different distance showed the number captured was best located in the forest and forest edge 50 m.Its diffusion test showed that most of M.alternatus lived in forest and near the forest,and the minority of M.alternatus spread the peripheral and new habitat.Consequently,these technical parameters could be used in better green controlling and application practice of M.alternatus with theseattractant.Population dynamic monitoring of M.alternatus was conducted with APF-I attractant in Yunnan,2014.The results showed that: M.alternatus mainly occurred from May to July.The number of females captured was more than that of males.Its valid time was 30 to 45 days,but the number captured was gradually reduced after 10 days.
