In order to ascertain the effect of actinomycetes on cucumber soil microflora and enzyme activities in greenhouse.The test took the soil which had grew cucumber for ten years as materials in WuShan County greenhouse.According to the different actinomycetes rate,the text set up 3 treatments,CK(0 g/hole),T1(2 g/hole),T2(4 g/hole).The number of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes and the number of main physiological group of microorganism were measured,the soil catalase,polyphenol oxidase,invertase,urease activities and the nutrient contents were also measured in cucumber growth period.Provide data support and theoretical basis for the prevention and control soil continuous cropping obstacles.The results showed that:1.Compared with the control,the value of actinomycetes/total microbial increased significantly after fertilized the actinomycetes;the number of bacteria,bacteria/total microbial reduced.the number of fungi reduced in the treatment of fertilized 2 g/hole actinomycetes;In uprooting period,the number of bacteria,actinomyces,B/F value increased significantly,the treatment of fertilized 2 g/hole changed greater which were higher than control 34.67%,75.53% and 162.70% respectively;the number of fungi and fungi/total microbial reduced after fertilized the actinomycetes,the number of fungi reduced 48.84% significantly after fertilized 2 g/hole.2.Compared with the control,the number of nitrosobacteria,nitrifying bacteria,anaerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria increased significantly,the number of aerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria reduced.In uprooting period,the number of ammoniation bacteria,nitrosobacteria,nitrifying bacteria increased after fertilized the actinomycetes.3.Compared with the control,application of actinomycetes made the soil inv-ertase activities increased,it changed greater after fertilized 4 g/hole,the invertas-e activities were higher 19.97% than control in seedling period.the soil urease activities increased significantly.The soil polyphenol oxidase activities of 2 g/h-ole actinomycetes were higher than 4 g/hole.4.The application of actinomycetes made the soil available P and available K contents higher significant than control in the greenhouse cucumber.Available N contents increased with the increase of actinomycetes rate.The change of the soil available nutrients were the most significant in seedling period.There was little impact on soil organic matter,total salt and pH after using actinomycetes.5.There were significant or extremely significant correlation between soil microbes after fertilized actinomycetes.Actinomyces and bacteria,fungi,ammonifyi-ng bacteria were significantly positive correlation;Nitrifying bacteria and nitroso bacteria were significantly positive correlation,the correlation coefficient was 0.615;Aerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria and anaerobic bacteria were significa-ntly negative correlation,the correlation coefficient was-0.839.Soil urease and f-ungi,actinomyces,ammonifying bacteria had significantly negative correlation.Pol-yphenol oxidase activities and soil available N,available K had significantly an-d extremely significant correlation.The correlation coefficient of soil nutrient an-d soil microorganism were low.
