Effects of humic acid on cutting rooting of salix matsudana under different salt stress(5 different salinity gradient,salt content is 0-7%)in this paper.Selection of willow branch of of current year,3 days after cuttage humic acid was added,investigating seedling shoot growth,rooting rate,average root number,average root length,rooting index under different conditions.At the same time,changes of peroxidase(POD),indoleacetic acid oxidase(IAAO),polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activity in the rooting process were monitored.The results showed that salt stress reduced the growth of new shoots,rooting rate,average rooting number,average root length and rooting index,and affected the activities of POD and PPO and IAAO.The correlation analysis showed that the growth of young shoots was significantly correlated with PPO,rooting rate and average root length.
