Potatoes are an important food crop in the world,The important crop of the strategy of China's staple food.At present,most potatoes in the southern winter area should be killed before harvesting.However,the existing seedling-killing machine is not adaptable enough in the southern winter,and there are many problems,such as not being clean and high rate of the injured tuber.Therefore,a kind of seedling-killing machine which is suitable for the southern winter planting area is developed.So that the quality of harvesting operations is better and more efficient,in line with the needs of agricultural mechanization and national food strategy.Based on the existing knowledge of killing seedlings,a potato seedling-killing machine based on the principle of negative pressure adsorption was developed according to the actual situation of potato planting pattern in southern winter.The machine solves the problem that the lodging seedling is not clean and the rate of potato is high.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)To learn about the knowledge of potato mechanized killing seedling at home and abroad,according to the actual situation of potato planting in South Winter area,the overall design scheme of potato seedling-killing machine based on the principle of negative pressure adsorption was determined,and the Correlative performance index was defined.(2)The principle of negative pressure adsorption of seedling machine was analyzed and simulated.The physical characteristics,the principle of negative pressure adsorption and the mechanical model of the stem were analyzed.Through the mechanical analysis of the negative pressure of the software,the optimal rotation speed of the blade was simulated.The feasibility of the negative pressure adsorption is obtained,which provides the basis for the design structure and selection.(3)The key components are designed.The parameters of the blade and the knife roll are designed.At the same time,the finite element analysis of the blade is carried out,the rationality of the structure strength is determined,and the balance and strength of the cutter roll are analyzed.(4)The main components and related parameters are designed and studied.Including transmission ratio,gear box bevel gear,V-belt and pulley and other major components.(5)The final assembly of the seedling-killing machine was carried out and field tests were carried out to verify the feasibility of the equipment.
