Because of the high density planting of soybean and the influence of adverse climate,the lodging of soybean is serious,it has a direct impact on soybean yield and quality,the use of plant growth regulators can improve the stress resistance and lodging resistance of soybean,in order to improve the yield and quality of soybean.Mixed cytokinins,Uniconazole and naphthalene acetic acid at different doses,through the method of field experiment,the effects of these enzymes on POD,CAT,SOD,reducing sugar and total sugar in soybean leaves were studied,to provide theoretical basis for improving soybean resistance,lodging resistance and increasing yield.The main results are as follows:1.5%Uniconzole+40%Cytokinin+98%NAA(600.00 m L/hm~2+7.50 g/hm~2+0.60 g/hm~2)tr eatment had the best effect on the activities of POD,CAT and SOD in leaves,Increased by 606.82%and 18.24%and 14.39%.2.5%Uniconzole+40%Cytokinin+98%NAA(450.00 m L/hm~2+7.50 g/hm~2+0.60 g/hm~2)tr eatment and 5%Uniconzole+40%Cytokinin+98%NAA(600.00 m L/hm~2+7.50 g/hm~2+0.60 g/hm~2)treatment for the assimilate of content in rice plants to improve the most significant effe ct.3.Soybean plant height and the third section stem length of caudex part was positive correlation trend,5%Uniconzole+40%Cytokinin+98%NAA(750.00 m L/hm~2+11.25 g/hm~2+0.30 g/hm~2)treatment is the best for the dwarfing effect of soybean plant height,reduced by24.5%Uniconzole+40%Cytokinin+98%NAA(450.00 m L/hm~2+7.50 g/hm~2+0.45 g/hm~2)treatm ent and 5%Uniconzole+40%Cytokinin+98%NAA(750.00 m L/hm~2+11.25 g/hm~2+0.30 g/hm~2)treatment can effectively shorten the length of third stalk in the base of soybean,shortened by 48.53%and 44.50%,respectively.4.5%Uniconzole+40%Cytokinin+98%NAA(450.00 m L/hm~2+7.50 g/hm~2+0.60 g/hm~2)tr eatment is the best to enhance the flexural force and puncture force of soybean.Compared with CK,the flexural strength increased by 77.79%,78.64%and 84.52%respectively,Com pared with CK,the puncture force increased by 51.88%,49.14%and 66.60%respectively.5.5%Uniconzole+40%Cytokinin+98%NAA(450.00 m L/hm~2+7.50 g/hm~2+0.60 g/hm~2)tr eatment for soybean single plant pod number and number of increase effect is best,increas ed by 95.30%and 43.22%,respectively.5%Uniconzole+40%Cytokinin+98%NAA(750.00 m L/hm~2+7.50 g/hm~2+0.30 g/hm~2)treatment on the increase of soybean 100-grain number weig ht best,increased by 42.79%.General comparison,5%Uniconzole+40%Cytokinin+98%NAA(450.00 mL/hm~2+7.50 g/h m~2+0.60 g/hm~2)treatment had good effect on POD,CAT,SOD,reducing sugar and total su gar of soybean,it also has better effect of increasing production,compared to the conventi onal use of Paclobutrazol in production,it has a better effect.
