Silkworm?Bombyx mori?is an insect of the lepidoptera,an important silk insect and an important economic insect.The ancient wild silkworm by ancient perched on mulberry silkworm domestication,people in the thousands of years of breeding process,artificially for silkworm provides excellent growth environment,on the one hand,a good environment to improve the ability of silkworm cocoon silk production,at the same time also make silkworm to resist the ability of the adverse external conditions change gradually decreases,mulberry leaf quality,environment temperature,environment humidity,viruses,bacteria,pesticide pollution,and many other factors will affect the normal growth and development,and even death,and ultimately harm the sericulture industry.Mulberry leaf is the main feed of silkworm,in the process of their growth is vulnerable to agricultural ecological environment and prevention and control plant diseases and insect pests of mulberry field itself around the pesticide pollution and cause poisoning.Silkworm as listed in the pesticide registration in China environmental safety evaluation test china-africa targets one of subjects,in recent years,more and more about its toxicology related research,but few pesticide toxicity study of different varieties of mulberry silkworm,the experiment select nitrile and 45%pyrazole ether ester dimethomorph do test samples,with reference to the chemical pesticide environmental safety evaluation test guidelines,and is measured in laboratory conditions for multiple silkworm varieties?reciprocal cross?,the main results were as follows:1 The toxicity of different concentrations of pesticides to the silkwormFluorine worm nitrile for toxicity test showed that silkworm deaths increased with increasing the concentration of fluorine worm nitrile had obvious,the lowest concentration showed no abnormal,high concentration group with the poisoning symptoms,main show is side,body distortion and spit the water.The lowest concentration group did not die in24h,except for the“ChunFeng×SuXiu”,the highest concentration group of 24 hours was nearly 80 percent.The reciprocal cross“SuXiu×ChunFeng”and“JingSong×HaoYue”the deaths of over 45%bacteria pyrazole ether ester dimethomorph increasing the concentration of the suspending agent has obvious rise,the lowest concentration showed no abnormal,high concentration group with the poisoning symptoms mainly for side,distortion and spit the water body;“ChunLei×XiFang”is not sensitive to the 45 pyrazol-ester enoyl and the high concentration groups have fewer deaths.2 The difference of toxicity between different varieties and the same species in the same concentrationFipronil on different varieties of LC50?24h?there are some differences,“SuXiu×ChunFeng”LC50?24h?31.362a.i.mg/L,“ChunFeng×SuXiu”LC50?24h?33.650a.i.mg/L,fipronil on its relatively low toxicity,and“ChunLei×XiFang”LC50?24h?11.894a.i.mg/L,“XiFang×ChunLei”at LC50?24h?13.768a.i.mg/L,the toxicity of fipronil on relative maximum.Within the same variety of orthogonal reciprocals are also different,“SuJu×MingHu”LC50?24h?31.362a.i.mg/L,and the“MingHu×SuJu”LC50?24h?19.445a.i.mg/L,there is a great difference between the reciprocal of fipronil toxicity.45%pyraclostrobin Dimethomorph on different varieties of LC50?24h?there are some differences,“SuXiu×ChunFeng”LC50?24h?166.686a.i.mg/L,“ChunFeng×SuXiu”LC50?24h?295.420a.i.mg/L,the toxicity of 45%pyraclostrobin Dimethomorph suspension agent of“Chun Feng×SuXiu”is relatively low;“JingSong×HaoYue”LC50?24h?348.220a.i.mg/L,“HaoYue×JingSong”LC50?24h?251.191a.i.mg/L,45%pyraclostrobin Dimethomorph suspension of"JingSong×HaoYue"is more toxic than Jiaotong university.This study shows that the different varieties and types of reciprocal cross to the same size of pesticide toxicity,there exist certain differences across the breeding of mulberry silkworm varieties and different,it is recommended that in safety evaluation of pesticides to choose local main varieties breeding experiment,the data is more accurate for the use of pesticides in the local reference significance.
